So I just got off the phone with the infamous SteveO. WOW šŸ˜® I mean, I expected _some_ of what I heard, but that guy really is fantastic. Without going into details that would have all of you jealous and bombarding the phone lines, the issue was of customer service. One of the togo bottles I received this week was empty on arrival. I called them up with the huge misconception from other experiences that I would have to ship back the empty bottle, wait 4 weeks, and receive a store credit for the price when I called to check on the refund status. But **NO!** That just isnā€™t good enough for Steve and AD. All Iā€™m gonna say is they made the issue right **ten times over** ā€¦ I have never seen this kind of dedication in my experience with any company, foreign or domestic, even with connections. Not only that, but while he was making the issue right, he was giving me tips on the other products I had ordered and he brought up some of the topics we have been talking about on this forum. I donā€™t swear often, but, **DAMN**! That is S+ customer service if I have ever seen it, and I have never seen a company report with that rating before. I was literally speechless (I donā€™t _ever_ have that problemā€¦) at what I was hearing on the phone, after dealing with almost every type of company for the past 3 years, I think that Androtics Direct has got to be my favorite company in the world. Itā€™s really too bad that other companies donā€™t treat people like these guys do. I wish I still lived in California because I would absolutely love the opportunity to work for the company or at least meet them in person. None-better products, unheard-of service, andā€¦ I just wish I was here at the start. If I ever wind up doing a business profile for the department here, I will definitely be on a jet to Cali! On the overview: This is not over-hyped. Through the university and army departments where I work, I have had a lot of connections and dealings with local and foreign companies, including the DoD. Dealing with customer service and support issues is something that is a big focus of study here and there really is a large spectrum of service out there which I have seen all of. At least now I haveā€¦ ---
