# 1 spray is ??

Reading [Steve’s recommendation](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146/1) on finding the sweet spot…

At the risk of sounding like an over analyzing idiot, when it is said to use 1 spray each day for 3 days, is the “_spray_” the product? or is the spray the actual [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) _pump_ applying the chemical to the skin? Did I just confuse you because I just confused myself…😕

If I take the A314 togo spray and hit my neck with 1 shot is that what he is recommending? Or is he saying use A314 only a la 1 spray as opposed to A314 and IO which would be 2 sprays…don’t mean to make this harder than it is. Thanks for the input.

You are overthinking it!

Take it at face value. A spray is just that - one spray. 🙂

And you **always** find your sweet spot with one product at a time.

Russ, in the testing phase your only using 1 product at a time so its 1 spray from 1 bottle/product.

Once you know your dosage range and what each one does for you then you can layer. You would start with just doing 1 spray each from 2 different mixes. Test dosages again. See how they behave together for you.

If you jump right into layering and using all sorts of things at once you never really get a feel for how each product enhances you or what its doing for you. Keep in mind everything in the consumer section is “stand alone” you do not have to layer it. Were just a bunch of phero junkies looking for the next fabulous combo.

Also keep in mind that Putatives and experimones are single molecules not mixes or formulas. These are more designed for making mixes or steering other mixes.
