**Testing Of Supplemental Pheromones (batch 1,[Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/),AMMO)starting 8/5/09** * * * **Product Tested: Instant Gentleman Scent:Neroli, great fragrance.** **Amount: 1 spray, Neck. (right under chin on collar bone, I was able to smell the scent well.)** **Day 1**. **Enviroment** : Home **Self Effects:** Within a few minnutes, I felt a bit more quiet/reserved. Not in a bad way. Im usually a very energetic person, this made me feel a bit more aware of my actions. Felt a bit more suave, in a tired way, if that makes sense.. Biggest effect as mentioned was a restraint of impulsive actions and a feeling of self-awareness. Didn’t feel compelled to say anything, and thought things over more before I acted. For example, Heard a song being played, Instead of immediately singing as I ususally would have, Instead played it over in my head, not wanting to surprise anyone with a sudden burst of song. Felt like I had more control over my actions, I cant say it enough, felt more of a reserved confidence. Didn’t feel like anything was urgent, and instead, kind of “glided” through my tasks. Didn’t feel drastically different, just more elegant and less loud/rambunctious as my usual personality would have led me to feel. Also felt more tolerant to other people. I didn’t get as angry as I usually would have at other’s harmless remarks. \*\*Noticed effects to others: \*\ ***Unfortuantely, None to note with one spray.** \*\*Enviroment : \*\ ***Grocery store** \*\*Range : \*\ ***1-3feet away from others** **Time response: 2 minnutes for self-effect.** \*\*Self Effects:\*\ ***I felt more reserved** around others, I didn’t talk as much as I usually did, as I am usually an attention whore. One strange effect was my “need” to fix items that were disorganized on the shelves.Also, I felt as if nothing I said was impulsive, but rather, everything was thought out before I said it. I seemed to have a witty response to almost any comment that was directed to me, and In one case, After a particularly rude salesclerk made a comment that I didn’t like, I loudly said to my friend “Hey, its too bad that we can’t recommend this lady to customer service for her wonderful people skills”. **Effects on others** : Unfortuanately, no one looked at me differently at all. No hits were noticed. ---

haha strange, 1 spray of instant gentleman didnt make anyone look at me differently at all. Whats the general dosage? website says no more than 3? ---

A lot of us start at one spray and work our way up to 2-3 sprays. That seems to be the sweet spot for most people. The thing to remember is that there are A LOT of variables as far as how people may react. Most of the time it is a bit more subtle and it takes practice to notice when they are reacting. You will see the biggest reaction in people your age. ---

yes, you also need to learn everything can potentially be a hit- think about this thought: You completely overlooked the clerk being rude as a hit- not all hits are nice. Perhaps they were jealous you seemed so mature and confident- a trait they desired- and took it out on you. Potentially- a hit. not the kind of hit you are looking for, but it may be one. Funny that your usual impulsive energy was transformed and channeled into arranging items on the shelf. Perhaps you simply put that normal energy into a different type of activity, with a little more control of how you used the energy. Most people do not generally stop being themselves for any reason, but with a little calmness, you were able to redirect your normal impulsiveness… I think this might be a good thing. If you are naturally impulsive, perhaps learning to channel this energy into useful tasks is a great way to get a handle on yourself. Excellent report, keep up the good work, and keep attempting to be self aware. Know thyself and conquer the world. GOOD SHOW! ---

Thanks, and you’re right, mostly… Well what Ive noticed is, like I mentioned, Instant gentleman made me feel a kind of “tired confidence” Like I said, the calmness, made me feel a little bit less energetic. It felt like I was in a permanent relaxed state. ---

Cool.. Perhaps just being calmed down enough allowed you to redirect your natural impulses… Trust me, I can totally, totally relate. I am 33 and still hyper, and I have learned how to channel this energy into appropriate and useful activities.. Maybe this mix has therapeutic applications, lol, for all of us hypers out there! 😃 ---

Great report! I like your way of documenting and it’s great that your younger. Helps us to see how these effect kids younger than 18. I make my TG wear IG when I come over to his place and 2 sprays usually works great for him. At least it gets me going 😉 I would imagine you wouldn’t need as many sprays because your younger. Keep up the reporting. I wanna know how your experience with TUTH goes. I’ve had my own share of good and bad with that one ---

That’s an excellent attitude towards testing. If you are willing to accept the results, experiment. Just remember, because you _feel_ aggressive does not mean you have to act upon those impulses. Develop your third eye. 🙂 ---

i felt the same way about TUTH! “nah no one knows what they are talking about, I’ll just get a bottle, ect ect”. I used it, and i now feel exactly how they feel biggest waste of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) i have bought. it sits waiting for me to grow much, much older.
