Hello all. I’m gonna be completely, straight up honest with you guys before I start. I have absolutely no hope in this and honestly think this whole site is a gimmick. I’ve even seen countless other sites and even some that backlash at this site for being dishonest and untrustworthy, such as the counter-forum pherotruth. The only reason I’m here is because I’m willing to try out one final method of appeal before I give up. Please prove me wrong and prove that this is a legitimate site! ☹ Another thing I noticed is that most users on this site are mostly college students, graduates, and 30+ year old members. This is why I’m doubtful as to whether pheromones will be right for me, since I’m one of the few high schoolers that have posted here. Am I too young?..for example. Okay, so here’s my story. I’m a 16-year-old, ASIAN (and proud) citizen living in Oregon. I’m a junior in high school, although education is not one of my special points. I like working out and am pretty cut, to say the least. Everyone knows I have one of the best bodies in the junior class. I’m generally very shy, but starting last year (sophomore year), I realized I’ve started opening up to people a lot better. When someone struck up a conversation, I found that it was easier to respond and keep the conversation alive for a bit longer. I’ve also realized that I’ve been able to befriend others in a shorter amount of time. The thing that amazes me is that before I entered high school, I didn’t have much social skills. In fact, to be perfectly honest, I was socially awkward. It’s been like that throughout most of my life, me being socially deprived and people having to come to ME in order to become friends. Until I entered high school, that is. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but now I’M the one that goes up to others to strike up a conversation. That’s record breaking for me. Another thing is that girls seem to want me to walk them to their next class, which is also new for me. Back in middle school, being alone with a girl was the biggest fear that I had, since I had no idea what to talk about to them. It’s a similar situation right now too, since girls want me to walk them to their next class, but I have no idea what to say during that time of talk. I’m afraid that I’ll be too awkward to speak and next time they would think twice before asking me to walk them to their next class. I know all of this sounds ridiculous, but it is what it is. This is how I feel around girls. When girls ask me for a hug, I have no idea how to respond, that’s how fearful I am of how to respond, afraid I’ll make the wrong move. Another thing to note is that I’m not like this around guys at all. When I’m with my regular guy friends, I’m the most outgoing guy alive. I can be the alpha male around them if I please, but when it comes to females, I’m about the lowest degree there is. So here’s the question at hand. I want to be able to be approached, or BE the one that approaches females, without having to worry if they want to talk to me or not. I want to be able to start a conversation with girls and keep it going, and even if it falls silent, I can pick it right back up and keep going, not stuttering or blabbering. NO AWKWARDNESS is my key concern. I want a confidence booster, one that will make me feel great even when the mood could be somewhat uncomfortable. Price is SORT of an issue, since I don’t have much cash on me at the moment. I don’t know if smell is an issue, but if there is an odor, I hope it’s not too bad. Another question, if I wear the pheromone, can I apply deodorant on top of it as well? Or will it cancel the effects? Also, I’ve heard of products working well with females, but provoking males into aggressive stances. I want to avoid these if possible, but if there is no choice, then so be it. hi Ryan, you’ve made a rather good introduction, so I’m almost sure you qualify for a $25 Gift Certificate that will let you try a couple of products for free. If there is still something that the AD staff need to know, they will ask you. As for the products themselves, I would recommend Instant Openness, Instant Honesty and Instant Shine. Maybe [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) as well. Short characteristics: IO - ice breaker. Makes people feel like talking to you. IH - raport maker. Makes people feel like they’ve know you for ages and can talk to you about anything. IS - makes you appear as a confident, comfortable, happy person. Hi nigahiga: Welcome to the forum! I also agree with Marihino and would add instant shine to the list of products for you. What you probably don’t want to do is load up on mixes that have alot of androstenone. Young guys are already producing alot of this, and too much will reduce your approachability by girls your age. ---

Thanks for the speedy replies guys. $25 gift card? How do I even use it lol. I noticed most products you recommended to me are mostly a lot of INSTANT products…I wanna know what is best for me. I’m honestly not that much of an alpha, I mean I CAN be alpha but only when I’m around certain people. In my opinion, other people overrule me in terms of outgoingness and well-likingness. ☹ Even with the GC, I think I can only purchase one product (wouldn’t want to all these products and have only one of them work). Can you recommend the BEST one out of these choices, based on my situation? Remember, I’m shy but getting a bit more open. I don’t like having to approach others for lack of confidence and fear of what they will think. I like when conversations are started by others but do not know how to continue them (especially if they are girls). I stutter occassionally and do not know how to respond when girls ask for a hug or to share jackets with them… By the way, are all these products fail-safe? I’m worried that some of them would not show a difference for me while others WOULD…I don’t really like trial and error, if it can be avoided 😛. I apologize for having such a limited field of choice due to lack of money! Would Instant Honesty be satisfactory for my needs as well? For the scent package, they come in Neroli @ 6% cologne strength, so not overbearing, IMO. You can use a cover scent with them as well, if you wish. Deodorant… usually applied, underarm… but NOT, mones. Application points could be wrists, chest, neck, hair… on your exposed skin to get a larger mone cloud around you. Alright, these are my current final choices: [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty (both 1x power and 5mL). I researched a bit and learned that these are the perfect combos? I’m still looking into the third Instant product, Instant Shine. I read some mixed reviews on this product criticizing it’s minimal effect compared to the other two products, and considering my low budget, I thought to prioritize the previous two products above the IS. Is this a good decision on my part, or should I just squeeze in this last product as well? Also, I’ve read that too much of pheromones can cause the OPPOSITE of the desired effect, or hostility from the same sex. Do any of these products do that? I really don’t desire that side effect. ---

You are not likely to get OD effects from any social - unless you go into mega doses (8-10 sprays and more) and even then all you are likely to get is a bit of a giddy feeling or feel a bit run-down/drained/have a headache after a few hours. The main products that have OD risks are the none ones and at your age it is easier to OD because of your higher natural none output. 🙂 So far, you sound to be well on the right tracks. 🙂 Also remember that all the Instants are warrantied and will be refunded/replaced if you find them ineffective, so do try them individually and if they don’t work for you, let AD know. It is possible that certan pheros may not work for you/with your body chemistry and trying is the only way to find out. Personally I don’t get a great deal from IO but if I use IH/IS together, I find that works very well in a similar way for me. ---

Hi, Ryan, Good advice from the previous posters. If you suddenly are more attractive to everybody, maybe you have begun to produce your own pheromones, so don’t overdo it with the products. As for what to say while walking the girls to class, just be yourself, don’t have to overdo the alpha thing, but DO NOT talk about yourself. Ask questions, find out what the girl’s interests and hobbies are, and especially if you have some in common, go from there. Everyone feels good when the conversation is all about them. I was a terrible nerd till I took a Dale Carnegie course, “how to win friends and influence people”. (back in the 70s, man) Good luck with all this. I have no idea what to expect, also kind of skeptical since I am an asian and I have no idea if ethic backgrounds affect pheromone usage. Anyways, I’m hoping for the best, can anyone recommend me a certain pattern of usage when the products arrive? I want to immediately try out combos, but reading up on other threads, I’ve realized that is a hasty decision. Do I try out one product daily for a week, then switch off to the next, and so on until I learn the patterns and which works best, and THEN start comboing? And which should I start with? I’m leaning towards Instant Openness since I want to be able to open up and prolong conversations but I’m open to suggestions. ---

no, Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine are pretty much impossible to overdose as they are neither masculine nor feminine. You might find some unwanted effects like someone talking too much if you use an awful lot, but that’s about it. ---

I’m one of the few users here who started using mones in high-school from the other guys. I found this place while I was in college and have never looked back. The advice that other users gave is pretty much spot on. Depending on how quick you pick up things it might take you a while to find your sweet spot. I remember using my first togos just for that, alot of people see it as a waste, but if you start out from a strong base before you start combining products it will save you **alot** money. The biggest advice I can give you is do not look for hits throughout your day, I used to do this and I would pass up the subtle hits, by looking for the blatant ones. Once you can notice subtle hit better you will realize, how often blatant hit occur. Thank you for that helpful post! So when my package arrives, should I start by spraying to chest, or by spraying to wrists? Which application pulse point works better? Since I am a noobie, I’m going to follow the one spray to two sprays to three sprays guideline, but I am not sure which place to spray to begin with. Also, it says HAIR as a great application point, but hair doesn’t even have heat, so how can it diffuse well? Hair is a really good place for mones your hair doesn’t have heat but your head does so it would be a good place. if you wear alot of wax gel. I would suggest the back of the head or neck area. ---

Hey! I think you should start with some IO. You’ll still find that you will be talking about how you are tired, the weather, and other random, meaningless crap, but at least you’re _talking_ right? If you want to make it meaningful, add in some IH. On the first day, try 2 x IO and 1 x IH. Make sure you spray where you will be more likely to sweat, or at least where your skin will get warm. (In other words, a pulse point.) I try to always keep it on my neck, with heavier products on my chest. By the way, you may want to start up a thread in the Men’s forum.. A lot more people visit there than they do here! And am I the only one that noticed this person’s name is Ryan, and his username is nigahiga?
