# 19 year old male after advice in general :)

Hey, completely new to this forum and pheromone usage in general, I’m 19 years old and I basically want to use [pheromones](https://a314.com/) to start conversations with women, not necessarily for sex but that wouldn’t be a bad thing 🙂 Great, any and all advice is appreciated!

Best thing you can do is to have a read of this:

Then start your own thread in the Intro Forum and tell us a bit more about yourself, your personality and your opporunities to use pheros.

That way we have somehing to help give better advice on and you get the GC to help try stuff out. 🙂

Get yourself some Instant shine, Instant openess or [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and practice making eye contact and approaching women without fear of rejection. Also remember that mones won’t do all the work, they give you a slight edge like a good haircut or a super good cologne. Also, read Steve’s post on finding your sweetspot.
