# 1st day ever with pheros..

hey.. well it was my first day of trial.. i put 2 sprays of ammo on my neck, 2 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on my wrists n 2 sprays of Instant Openess on my hair.. n well it was a regular office day 🙂.. im not impatient or disappointed, know i gotta find the right combo so i’ll keep tryin till i hit the sweet spot.. any advices?

Hello Papasmurf,  
thank you for sharing your results with us. In your post you asked us for some advise. The only thing that Ic an say, is that probably you mixed too much for the first time. I mean, almost everybody of us, on their first time, did the same thing… But the best way to learn to use Pheros, is starting to test they one by one, and starting with 1 spray and rise of 1 every day. On this way, you can recognise if some of them gives any effect on you or on the others. By this way, you can learn the effects on different dosages and after you learn it, you can start combining Pheros.
