# 1st Time Using IS and Ammo

I used 3 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and 3 sprays of Ammo yesterday at work and didnt get any hits or even notice anything different.😕 I am a Personal Trainer so I am in close proximity of my client along with being nearby other members. Any insite would be appreciated. This was my 1st time using. Thanks!

Hey Brick…Just take your time and use one product at a time at different sprays(What Steve told me to do…lol) With [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) I don’t really need more then 2 sprays…(But I’m also younger) Just take your time and try different amount of sprays. And you should find your sweet spot.
