# 1X or 2X concentration question

Hey everybody… I’ve been searching for answers to this but i’m just getting more and more undecided.

When it comes to [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is it more preferable to get the regular or 2X strength? I know that different levels will work better for different people but I’m looking for the popular consensus. I understand that 2X will allow for less sprays for the same results but if that was the only aspect to it then everyone would order 4X and only order once in a blue moon. Is it more advisable to go with a stronger concentration or a lower one that is more spread out?

I like the 2x. It is easier to use in mixes so that you do not “over buffer” some of the harder mones.
