# 2 questions

1.) I get friend zoned pretty easy. In fact, I am friend zone with most girls I meet. For whatever reason, they are too comfortable around me, and there isn’t any sexual tension. All I have pheromones wise is [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and TUTH. Do you think a spray of TUTH buffered with 3-4 sprays of Instant Openness would be a good strategy to create some sexual tension? Would that mix be appropriate when meeting people I don’t know?

2.) Would Ammo be more appropriate in the situation above? Is Ammo something I can wear every day?

1.Maybe IO isn’t the best choice to buffer with tuth i would go with IS to get the vibrant yet sexy feel to it.Your already open with these girls so an Icebreaker isn’t needed as much.

2.yes u can use ammo daily if u like avoid ODing on this -none product and avoid build up on your clothing.

PS: i would use ammo instead of tuth with the girl that have u in the friends zone.tuth seems like it should be using for club or before u going to get laid.ammo would proabbly help them relized ur a guy,confident,sexy and have a lot to offer.

Ammo can certainly be worn every day but i think the most important issue is this friend zone crap. obviously i’ve never met you before but if you are constantly getting friend zoned, you need to begin creating a physical connection with them, immediately. touch them somewhere very innocent, make a comment about their coat and touch the sleeve, anything just don’t wait too long because the more interaction you have without touching them, when you do it becomes creepy.

if it were me i’d work diligently on creating that sexual tension myself first before relying on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) or flowers or anything else.
