Apollo 18? That sounds like a bad idea…
The only one I really want to see is Super 8, it just has a nostalgic feel to it, it would seem.
I’m more excited for Thor and Captain America!

Given my background I’m not too thrilled about Apollo 18 either. It’ll just give the “we never went to the Moon” folks something else to go off about. Not to mention they rarely get the details right. I adored Apollo 13 for the simple reason that they went to serious effort to GET IT RIGHT.

I’m really looking forward to Captain America too - not only for the subject matter, but because two of my favorite actors, Tommy Lee Jones and Hugo Weaving, play characters on opposite sides of the war. And it’s funny as #&!! that Hugo Weaving, who played Agent Smith in the Matrix movies, is playing Johan Schmidt, the Red Skull, in Cap. And of course, Schmidt is German for Smith… 😃

Cowboys and Aliens looks like just plain fun. Looking forward to it.

Super 8 could be really good, or it could just be another drunk-making Blair Witch.

Real Steel - Hugh Jackman as a WASHED-UP boxer?! That’s the biggest stretch of the whole thing for me, probably.

Contagion - meh. Redo of Andromeda Strain.

Ditto The Thing. And most of the rest, which are just modern redux.

Hey, I write this stuff. Sure I’m gonna have high standards. 😉

I’m surprised that the movie source code isn’t on the list. It looks pretty interesting: [http://www.enterthesourcecode.com/](http://www.enterthesourcecode.com/)
