Hi there, due to health reasons I could not have any relationship to a girl in my life yet! Now after a lifetime I am quite healthy again, have lost many pounds, trying to build up some muscles (long way to go here). I am not unattractive and I am 5,11 tall, though I am bald, since I lost much of my hair very early. Also, I am quite charming, not afraid to flirt with girls, have eye contact and else. My problem is, I just can be with a girl that I find attractive! It does not mean she has to be a supermodel, just that I am physically attracted. So that rules out fat girls. This is going to sound very strange, but take up Kung-Fu. You are already exercising, doing what you need to do, but you don’t _believe_ in yourself. Girls have no respect for a guy that has no self-confidence. The reason I recommended kung-fu is, when taught by the proper methods by qualified senseis, focuses on centering yourself, finding your balance and believing in yourself completely. The katas (training and focusing routines) alone are priceless in this respect. It is a complete mind/body toning regiment that has zero drawbacks. The only reason I’m not still training is I moved and the only sensei here is a quack that really only teaches “defense techniques”. As far as the pheromone route, Alpha A314. Good self-effects, confidence booster, and people tend to see you as a more self-assured person. Soften it up with some Instant Shine or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), add a little sexual edge to it with Ammo. Acting classes also help a lot in developing and controlling your persona, but also with confidence. The side benefit is there are lots of women in these classes and you have something in common to get you started. I’d have to say start with something easy: an all-in-one product like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). If you need a little brightening and further social enhancement, you might consider IO and/or TAA spray or IS. It’s hard to get a bad reaction with any of these products even if you over do it a bit. ---

Voyager…now I’m still new to pheros so I can’t give advice about that yet. But it seems like you need some other help. If you need help with lifting weights, I got pretty good knowledge on that so you can PM me if you have any questions With almost everything you said in your post, I believe you need to read up David Deangelo’s work. Just reading this guys stuff has changed a lot of things about me in a great way (like you can’t imagine). I’ve attracted many girls with almost no effort with chaning my way of thinking. And all I’ve honestly done is read his free newsletters to learn everything. If you want, I suggest you look up “double your dating” and sign up to his newsletter. He sells a lot of videos and audio but you will learn A LOT just from those emails alone. ---

Lots of great suggestions. Another way to build confidence is to simply set small goals that are important to you, and achieve them. Then set a larger goal and achieve that. Keep challenging yourself, and your abilities as well as confidence will build. It doesn’t matter if the goal is to take the trash out every day. If it’s important enough to you to make it a goal, then do it, and when you accomplish it, give yourself credit, even if everyone else thinks that it’s ordinary. The key is that **you** **set out to accomplish a goal** , and **you made it happen**. That gives you confidence. A year ago, my cumulative GPA was 1.8. I didn’t really care about school and I was brushing it off. I took a year off to set my head straight and decided that my challenge would be academics. I’ve always been a strong athlete and socially active, but academically I got by because I was smart, but I never applied myself. The last two quarters my GPA has been 3.8, raising my cumulative to 2.5. If I can maintain a 3.5 this quarter, I’ll have made it onto the Chancellor’s list. That is a big accomplishment for me, even if to other students it isn’t really much. I’ve found that my confidence has increased because now I can say with certainty that I can get good grades, not just ‘think’ it because I’m smart. Good luck and work hard. 😃 ---

Couldn’t tell by looking at it that when I bought it it had been sitting under a tree, uncovered, for seven years, could ya? LOTS of elbow grease and custom work in that bike, and if I still had it there’s tons more I wanted to do to it, which is why I’m looking for another one. The '83-85 VT700-750 (Cali) models were some of the best machines Honda ever made. I did all the paint myself, even the engine, all the polishing (wheels, final drive and a lot of other stuff were originally black), even modified the exhaust and radiator cover. The side cover is even a custom fiberglass piece because I couldn’t find a replacement in good shape. Tons of custom wiring, too. Grand total investment: just under $1,000. Lots of times I used to go out with the specific intention of meeting girls, but that never really seemed to work out. Im pretty sure they could smell my insincerity by the ways I would find to approach them. I could get a phone number at times but it never really amounted to anything. then someone told me the best advice I had ever heard. Go find the things you like, go to those places where they exist, do those things and meet girls there. this in other words is go find hobbies you enjoy and meet girls as a secondary objective. it takes a lot of pressure off of you. for phero’s get Ammo ---

Hey, thanks for the help, so far! Actually, I have no problem making new contacts, been an hobby actor in the past, and I don’t want to behave somehow, that it is not me anymore. I am pretty confident about my character, and how I treat women, but there is just something big missing, so that I have problems to get the girls I really want! It must be chemistry, and I do not know if all girls take the anti baby pill, which effect the way the choose their sex partners. I am 12 pages into the game right now… I am not going to put it down until I finish it. And I am going to use it tonight. I am tired of buying myself drinks lol. Update: 20 pages in… 29 minutes later… I have been selling myself short… even last night at the exotic club… I knew I was getting IOI’s.. but I never really thought about the hand squeeze as an IOI, or her asking if I was married, or had a girlfriend. Both the A314 and Ammo will help. START SLOW with the Ammo. As young as you are you don’t need a lot, start with one spray only. If you get absolutely no reaction, go up to two, but make sure to try several different application points to find the best area. Ammo is better buffered than TUTH in the -none department, TUTH is more of a straight-up sex vibe and Ammo _is_ sexual but has more of a “sexual interest” vibe. You don’t want to scare them off by seeming like some sort of sexual predator. Also, try different venues. Don’t just go to the places you’ve been, pull out the phone book or social paper and find new places to go. I was in a rut for a while, just going to places I knew and had my “comfort zone”. Once I started checking out different places, trying new things I normally wouldn’t try (like goth night at a Houston club) I found new things to enjoy and it seemed to make meeting people easier to do because I didn’t have anyone I knew there to “hide behind”. ---
