Stick with Aloe Vera, Neem and Holy Basil. The rest are a bit volatile for some people while those 3 are better tolerated universally. As always with any herbs start at the absolute minimum dose and work your way up.

Aloe vera can be a bit too loose on the bowels, but wonderful externally. Personally, I’ve had great experience with turmeric, bromelain (an enzyme in pineapples), ginger, fish oil, calcium citrate/magnesium citrate/vitamin B6, and holy basil. These are broad-spectrum and easily found, so I don’t really see the necessity in hunting down expensive and rare herbs unless there are uncommon circumstances.
