Hey guys, starting my pheromone journal. I currently have IShine, IOpenness, and Ammunition. Monday and Tuesday I wore all three, one spray each. I noticed a few subtle changes, like people looking at me more haha. However this morning I wore 1 IShine and 2 IOpenness. Me and this one girl in my class who I haven’t talked to before started talking quite a bit. Also while I was on the bus me and this woman had a conversation for my entire bus ride. Usually people on the bus are very quiet haha. I’m gonna put on 1 of Ammo, IS, IO and see how things go the rest of the day. I’m gonna set goals to make sure I test out the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and meet new people. Right now my goal is to talk to 2 people I don’t know, and haven’t talked to, a day. I’ll probably increase this number and change goals in the future. I’ve already met my goal for today but I’ll probably still talk to more people haha. I’ll update tonight if anything interesting happens, otherwise I’ll update tommorrow. ---

Thanks for starting a journal, I’ll be tuning in for sure. Setting goals is nice too 😃. I would recommend you start with solo products and find your best dose for each. This is the best way to fully understand and fine tune your mixes later on, it’s easier when you know exactly what you are looking for in terms of self-effects and effects on others. ---

I think I’m gonna start just using solo products tomorrow so I’ll learn how to use them haha. Also, one thing I noticed is that it seems like I have a heightened sense of smell. If somebody I’m near even slightly has BO or smells good, I can easily smell it. Anybody know which mone has this effect? ---

I don’t know, but on your solo experiments, you’ll be able to see if that effect is consistent and with which mone you get it 🙂. You get the idea, hehe. That effect, if confirmed, could be very good or be an horrible curse depending on who’s next to you. ---

Welcome! Nice journal start, we are all ready to enjoy the show! I think it was p102 that was said to cause the sense of smell effect. That putative might be in one of those products. I’m not sure. I’ve experienced this first hand and as Conjurator said it can be bad. I had it so bad that I could smell everybody’s bad breathe and Bo without even being that close. Drove me crazy! The best thing to do is start with 1 product at a time, start small and build up so you can get a feel of each product. 1 way I found to speed up this process is to spray 1 spray, then go out. Note the effects. Add another spray about an hour later. Repeat. Any questions just ask or PM! We’re all here to help. ---

I am tuned in to man. If you have any questions or need any help at all just post here and we will be watching. What I would do instead of wearing all 3 [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IShine, and IO is cut one of those out and then test(Of course it is best to solo test each one first). After you solo test them I would try either IShine/IO or Ammo/IShine. The reason why is the Ammo and IO already share one of the ingredients and it may be to much and think you will get more out of the 2 verse the 3 together I suggested especially if it is to attract women.
