Hey there, I’ll spare you all the gory details and just say that I am in need of a “safety/bonding mix” and have opted to use Anol and Bnol, in conjunction with several other compounds. But, I am unsure how much of each to use. That is, how many total mcg I should I us? Or, how many mcg per spray should my final mix contain? I hope that makes sense, many thanks for any and all feedback. ---

Well, I’m not sure about exact mcgs, but if you can find out how much beta-nol is in [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), you can estimate based on the mcg/spray. I would recommend about 4 sprays worth of Instant Honesty regular. Personally, I’d say about 1-2 sprays worth of alpha-nol. But ultimately, you should try it and see how it works for you. ---

I think that [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) has 10-12mcg of B-nol per spray. ---

Really depends on how much you use usually and get good results. 30 mcg of alpha nol is perfect for me. Or 20 alpha 20 beta (2 sprays of cttm). But when you are mixing a few product, it will probably be low, so you need to apply more. What are you trying to put together? ---

Well, I was actually considering a mix of Alpha Androstenol, Beta Androstenol, EST and TAA. The more I think about it, the more I think that perhaps I need to just have several individual mixes and apply them all separately. Regardless, these are the final doses I would like to _actually wear_: 15 to 30 mcg Alpha Androstenol (any thoughts about specificity?) 15 to 30 mcg Beta Androstenol (again, any thoughts?) 50 mcg TAA 200 mcg EST On top of this (or perhaps underneath 😛) I’ll probably wear 1 to 2 sprays Instant Gentleman and 1 to 2 sprays [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). Any feedback? ---

It looks like an unique mix, pretty good idea. But I never had any experience with est, so not sure about the good mcg ---
