# A cure for PMS related migraines?

My wife has replicated this at least 4 times.

Phero: Meo-Est  
Dose: 200mcg  
location: sides of neck

We stumbled upon this one day when I was wearing it. The wife was in bed with a PMS migraine. I came in to snuggle and her headache got better. Since this, she has applied MEO many times to counteract her PMS migraines.

I feel I have seen this replicated enough to post.

The other day, the wife was again in bed with a PMS migraine. (nine hours) When I got home, she told me her plight and I asked her if she had tried MEO. She said “oh yeah, I forgot” and applied it. Within 3 minutes, her headache had been drastically reduced. Within an hour, it was totally gone.

The wife has always used 200mcg for this purpose because it worked the first time and she doesn’t much feel like experimenting when she has one of these headaches…

Anyone else tried this?

I don’t know about PMS headaches but A1 has proven to be amazing at defeating my GF’s PMS moodiness. Otherwise I’d have to stay out of the house for a few days. Doesn’t seem to do much otherwise.

Hey thats great. I dont get PMS headaches but for those that do suffer for them its worth a try.

No problem Tisha, I just hope it helps others!

BTW another interesting thing about MEO EST:

This [pheromone](https://a314.com/) must have something to do with babies or new mothers or some such. There is a particular female who has said that she smells new born babies every time I wear it around her.

I have had great luck with applying A314 to my temples to eliminate my headache.
