I’m just an average 61 year old male living in the mid west, I have a good attitude on life and haven’t found a person I couldn’t get along with. I live a fairly normal life style, not a big party animal, but I do enjoy going out from time to time, I bowl in a league on Friday nights, where I will have a drink or 2, I don’t drink heavy any longer though, I don’t enjoy falling down much 🙂. I came here looking for phero’s because at my age My decrease levels for attracting the ladies seems to leave me a bit wanting. After reading here on the forum it would appear [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) may be a good starting point. We will have to see. ---

Hi there A1nur! Welcome, welcome, and welcome again to the mone forum! You seem to have read a bit about the mones that AD has available. Ammo is a very good all around sexually inclined attraction product. You may want to get the 2x or what’s called heavy Ammo. Basically, has double mones in 1 spray compared with 2 sprays of the regular Ammo. Then, you don’t need as much to get the affects you are looking for. I think that 2x of AMMO may get you that increase of attraction that you want. I’d also suggest possible some IG for some comforting, cool and confident male vibe to others. It seems that you already project that vibe, though the IG will underline and boldtype it!!! 🙂 Thanks for joining the forum and will be waiting to see any updates on your adventures! Hi A1nur - Welcome to Pherotalk. 1Alpha has the right idea and suggestions for you - As we and out target women age, we become more tolerant of none so the 2x Ammo is probably a good place to start - I find 2 sprays of 2x suits me nicely. IG is a good one too and I would think IH (again 2 or 4x) would help with bonding, trust and closeness. If I may make one suggestion that is outside the beginners/instant range - A spray of [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/)/MX390 (same thing, different scents) along with your heavy Ammo will help project a fun interesting/center of attention vibe that goes very well with mature people IME. It can be used on its own of course but IME the none in Ammo helps it along no-end. 🙂 ---
