Hi there. My name is Johnny. I am 23 years old and live in Sydney, Australia. At the moment I am working as a part-time labourer as I am trying to sort out some physical problems/ issues/ injuries I have encountered over the years. I enjoy physical activity (exercise, gym), but when injuries started hitting me, it put that to a stop. I have never been a social person, and I can even remember hiding behind my parents at social functions when I was younger. However, it has gotten much worse over the past few years. After high school I started university and found myself getting more and more uncomfortable in social situations. I never finished my degree, I think in part due to the fact that I did not enjoy what I was doing, but also due to the fact that I felt lost (this was probably because I felt uncomfortable with myself). I have never felt comfortable with most sorts of people. I am sometimes able to hold a conversation with some guys, but I always have this feeling of stress/ doubt in my head. Probably social anxiety; which I have gone to a psychologist for but could never fix. Talking to girls (especially ones that I find attractive) is a big no for me. I tend to freeze up as I feel lost for words; I wouldn’t have a clue what to say, and can never hold a conversation. I also feel like I am making the other person uncomfortable. I haven’t seen the few friends I have for over a year, as I find going out more of a chore that causes me immense stress rather than fun. So I just sit at home. I have been doing some research for things that could help me overcome this fear of social situations and came across [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). I have bought products called Attractant 10 and Magnetic Pheromone Wipes, but have not used them yet. I feel sorry that I bought these before coming across this site and [SmartMones.com](http://SmartMones.com), as the products on that site actually look credible. One of my questions is that could the products above be trusted? I don’t know how much pheromones I can buy at the moment, as most of my money is going to doctors. I have started saving to try many of the products on [SmartMones.com](http://SmartMones.com), and any help I receive will be greatly appreciated. The products I feel could help me include: - Alpha A314 - Turn up the Heat - Ammunition - Raw Power Im hoping that some/ all of these could give me more confidence (which is very low at the moment) with people (especially girls), and enable me to have a good time when I decide to go out rather than inflict a feeling of fear and stress. Couldnt have said it better. There is no magical potion that will mold you into who you need and want to be. It takes effort on your outlook of who you are and who you want to become. I agree with Jamesbonded’s suggestions and hopefully you have some cash to purchase some of those. Look into the to-gos since they are cheaper for you to begin your testing. The mones will definitely help in your situation it just is imperative that you take a stand in your life and want to change for the better. Like anything that is important and worthwhile, it takes time and the drive and will to succeed. With more experience and failure will come ease of doing something that becomes awkward, to repetitive to natural and free flowing. Failure and taking risks is ways many people have become millionaires, changed who they wanted to become or even landed a girl who may have otherwise been out of their league if they never approached them. Failure may be scary at first and im not saying you need to drastically make changes but evaluate yourself and set goals to interact with people and how many people you will approach this day, or i will make an effort to start going out one a month and so forth. With practice many of us here have gone from scared to talk to girls to feeling the confidence paired with the effects of the mones and have found it amazingly easy now to talk to people and connect with others. ---

Hmmmm, Maybe a little A314 to boost your confidence… It has done wonders for me. Makes me feel in charge of everything. If you are looking to work on self effects and look attractive to people, I would start with A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). At this point you will feel great, smell great, and hopefully start to come out of your shell. Work on you people skills with the mones boosting your confidence. Once you start feeling comfortable add in some IO and that will help with instant ice breakers to talk to the girlies. ---

Thankyou very much all for your input. It really looks like you have a great community here where the focus is on helping others and not just yourselves. I really respect and appreciate that. I understand what you all are saying. Pheromones are not a magical potion that will instantly give me the results i want. I have realised long ago that there is no such thing. What im hoping to gain from pheromones is that extra edge i need to overcome the fear/ panic i experience when in social situations. I think originally i will try to save up to buy Alpha 314 and Ammunition to go. Not sure if i have enough money, but hopefully the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Instant Openess may become future options. Thanks all again, John. ---

Just wondering what the ml/ oz differences are between the large and to go sizes (in Ammunition, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), etc)? How many sprays in the to go sizes? It says about 200 in the large size. Also any idea when Alpha 314 and Ammunition will be back in stock? Thanks, John. ---

The to-go sizes have approximately 40 full sprays. And yes the large 30mL have around 200. You can get the sizes in the drop down menus in the smartmones store. The to-gos are 5mL from what ive gathered. Noone can really say when the stock will be replenished but apparently its supposed to be early may or mid may from what ive seen around the board and heard through the ol grape-vine. Only thing you can do is sit around and keep your fingers crossed like the rest of us, that its soon !
