Well if you check out my journal, the hit I got where a girl was describing what she’d like to do to me (tie me to a bed and pour hot wax on me) I was wearing 2x FM as well as some ammo and alpha I believe. I could be entirely wrong though. 🙂 ---

I really envy you people. I just can’t wait to get my pheromones and try them 🆒 And good journal. But, first, you really do love products like IS, IH and IO because this journal is full of discussion about them - what about IG? CTTM is often mentioned too, does it have any -none in it? Now, to my real question: Since I’ve already decided to buy IG, which one of these would be best with IG? CTTM, IH, IO or IS? ---

CTTM does nto have any none, its a mixture of IS and IO basically. i am actually very curious about instant gentleman, i may give that a go as well. I would defintaely go with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), thats a staple phero that works well with everything. Another update: I went on another date with three girls, i had on: 1x ammo 2x is 2x instant honesty 1x CTTM the results were really AMAZING. everyone was laughing and extremely “active.” its hard to explain. And when the pheros began to wear off around 5 hours later, i could immediately tell. I reapplied and the effects came right back. Im really starting to see the amazing effects of pheros, and i will continue experimenting. ---

I recommend purchasing IS in 2x or even 4x strength. I should note it doesn’t effect me very much though, it can be fun in any dose I suppose. ---

Hey guys, Its been a while since i’ve had an update. I’ve been overwhelmed with finals and tests, etc. in school. I’ve had one big hit. I was working on a project with a girl and i was at her house. her parents were gone so it was just us. We ended up hooking up. I found that kind of interesting because i only had CTTM and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on, no -none products at all. But ever since that one hit, i haven’t really had any. I feel like the pheromones aren’t really working anymore. I’m not sure if its because i’ve been too overwhelmeed by school or whether its just all in my head. Should i be shaking up the bottles to mix these pheros? Do they settle on the bottom or anything? Or do theyh stay well dissolved? Also im plannign to order some more pheros.
