I made a journal because there were quite a few reports I have that I didn’t post on the major forums – I just didn’t wanna litter the place with my silly experiments. So I’ll try to catch my day to day phero-hits here, maybe save some of the big ones for the major section. So ! I’m CookieGirl and I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I’m 20 years old and I love anyone with a massive dose of good humor. I’m currently in school to be a chef and am cooking/baking lots ! If you ever have a question about food, I’ll be your girl ! For those that wanna know what kind of girl is behind the pheros, I’m a pretty silly person. I hardly WANT to take things seriously even if I do. I AM an natural introvert – so the longer I’m exposed to huge groups, the quieter I become. I’ve been in a relationship for 4 and a half years and this has lead me to Androtics and the fun-loving forum, lookin for a way to spice things up with him ! Amongst other things ~ ---

mx274, Instant honesty, TAF I’m alittle excited to be starting this so Im gonna put aside posting some old experiments with the Instant series alone, for now. But I promise I will get to them. 😮 A couple days ago I just avoided a huge HUGE disaster with my SO. I’ve been wanting particular things from him that I just feel like we’re missing. A nice long intellectual conversation. It was starting to get into argument territory, and when his manager called, he went to go pick up the phone. I sprayed - 2 sprays of mx274 1 sprays [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) 4x 1 spray TAF **Effects:** 15 minutes later, he comes back and we continue the conversation. Now it’s no surprise to me that after a short break in talking, we both tend to calm down. But always, someone gets defensive and it starts back up again. In the first 20 minutes, I was unbelievable calm. I am usually the one that gets defensive and reacts snarky, but this time around I felt much more lucid and calm. I was willing to understand his side of the arguement, and I wanted to listen. He even laughed in the midst of me stating a misconception I had, with " You’re so adorable sometimes '. We went on to speak about calmly about things that would normally depress us - my passion for wanting to go to africa and aid those in war torn countries, his fears about the upcoming years and his money issues - all very calmly and amiably. ( both are topics that always cause arguments ) It truely felt as though he really wanted to know what I had to say about a particular topic and vice versa. Very intimate. I liked this combo. I think it compliments Instant Honesty beautifully and will definately give this baby another try. **Target** - Myself and SO **Environment** - Living Room, sitting on a couch **Effects lasted** - 5-6 hours I have been wanting to try some mx300, for this reason alone. Hopefully, when I get my hands on it, I can try it out and see how our conversations change accordingly 😉 ---

Instant Shine, TAF Reports on [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and TAF I’ve been having a little TAF craze lately so I’m slowly blowing my way through the Instant series again via TAF. I’m currently forcing myself to not use any phero’s because of the OD I’m getting so I guess I’ll finally settle down and write about this particular day I tried Instant Shine and TAF. I’ve mentioned before that Shine either works or doesn’t. At times, I even become a little more petulant and short tempered. The smell itself isn’t really that noticeable but if I was already in a bad mood, the smell becomes absolutely irritable. So already, I know when to stay away from this spray and when not to. However, My GOOD hits involving Instant Shine, have been very physical. I feel like hyper and energetic. The good mood sometimes comes naturally afterwards. It truly feels as though I just sipped a cup of coffee or energy drink. The more sprays I I dose on, the more energetic I feel. I think about 5 sprays, I could not even sit still in the car. I was fidgety. Restless. I did try this on M, too. About 2 sprays. She’s 35 years old and works with me in a café/diner. I didn’t tell her what Instant Shine was but her feedback was that she felt more motivated and saw that the work day did not seem as long as it usually was. As far as what I noticed about her, she’s always good natured and very nice. It was hard to decipher what was naturally her and what was the Instant Shine. So ! On to this actual test: ( I know, I know… Blabber mouth…) **Sprays** – 2 Instant Shine 1 spray TAF (which I could recall the dose of this) **Effects** : This truly has been able to “put” me in that good mood, consistently. It feels as though the Instant Shine registers deeper to me on a subconscious level. Rather than be extremely energetic, I feel good about myself. Not so physical here, folks. Instead I don’t think about negative things, and actually focus on what makes me happy. For instance, if I walk out the house looking like crap, I don’t worry that my hair is a mess and my sweatpants are way too baggy. I look forward to where I am headed. **Target** - myself **Sprays** - Shine and Taf sprayed on neck/chest **Environment** - outside ---

You sound a bit like me, silly and fun, but shy in larger gatherings. I don’t know if that makes a difference, or if you might have similar reactions to it as I did. If you have a tendency to feel sensitive sometimes, even if you don’t show it, it is amazing. Also, if you are like me, and are sensitive to other people’s feelings, and care about not hurting them, you might really benefit from it in that way. I have 1.5 to-go bottles, I could send you one, no problem. I’m saving my points towards a big bottle, that has definitely become an HG for me, and even in my short time here so far, has made a big difference in many situations. I have been meaning to start a journal too, because I feel like I am “littering” the main women’s forum with my little anecdotes and adventures. I just have to think of a good name for my journal… ---

I’ll need to give Shine another individual try now that I know this. also I wanna know how any product can imitate a “cookie scent” beyond copying the “vanilla extract” ( why not just call it vanilla then). That’s why I’m weary of getting Cookie scent anything. I cant imagine how they got the “baked all-purpose flour” part. 😕 ## And yay, I found another report from earlier this week ! Go journal spam ! IS/B, I have finally conquered you, oh bane of my existence!! The first time I tried this Instant mix, it literally kicked my ass. My relationship was already a mess at that time ( it’s usually in a state of disarray, but that’s besides the point ) and had an confusing interference with a teacher and oh ! it was a mess. Icky. Gross. Chaotic. Trampled. And IS/b provided the stilettos on which I was stampeded upon. ( I have to mention at this point, that Lor totally interjected me when I came crying to the forums and was like “ Bitch it aint IS/b, it’s YOU “ Five stars ) So I’ve been trying it at school, in a class that I have a ton of fun in. I love every person that class, down to our adorable teacher. Here’s the lowdown: **[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)** - 1 spray to neck **IS/b** - 4 sprays split between wrists and neck **10mcg TAF** - 1 spray **Target** – Anything that moves **Environment** – Spacious Kitchen I sprayed it all in the back of the kitchen, pot/sink area, before class started. So these should be some fresh kills here. I was bubbly, like a 13 year old girl. Almost right away. I noticed my voice sporting some helium-like characteristics. In fact, I even drew on the teacher’s wet-erase board before she came in ( remember how you use to do that in highschool?) and buzzed about greeting everyone that came in. In retrospect I must have been annoying as a muthafuh, but anyway… Was feeling very cutesy. And I didn’t see any negative reactions. I did receive a hug from someone I hadn’t seen in a while, and he said “ Wow, you smell nice, girl ! “ and he gave me a really appreciative body check. Thank YOU TAF in chocolatini, no thanks Instant Shine. And my voice has started to resemble baby talk at this point. I received a massage as well – not sure if that has anything to with ANY of the pheros but I thought I should mention it since I’ve never received such a nice one in school as of yet. It seems I’ve won round two of this grueling battle with IS/b. I don’t even care about the effects so much as I am glad that it didn’t bend me over it’s knee and spank me. Now that I think about, the less I cared about “ oh no ! my alpha image !” the easier it was to feel like a kitten. Now I’m getting sick and tired of posting old posts. Darn phero-break, you die tomorrow ! ---
