So, jasmin called me today to say that my order was specified as I requested, she had just shipped it out, it smelled divine, and for me to have a great day. And all I’m thinking is . . . . . . How the devil does this girl have the time to make such nice, personal calls and still make the amazing products she does?!? Totally blows my mind. I adore jasmin. And I adore how much she cares about each customer like they are her best friend, and how she treats us as such. Honestly, with products this good, she could afford to slack off, cause it would keep selling. But she doesn’t! She genuinely cares, and that in and of itself has made me a customer for life. 😃 Thank you so much for your call jas, and you can look forward to many more orders from me. 🙂 xoxo jp ---

I’ve found Jasmin to be a delight, too. Despite my numerous voicemails and PMs verging on complaints (a couple of issues with the timing and precision of my order), she replies back cheerfully every time. It certainly helps the whole experience! My only pet peeve (and I hope it doesn’t get me “banned” from the forum for saying) is that I sometimes have trouble getting through regarding order related stuff. PMs go missing or threads just get deleted from the forum. My order took over 2 weeks to arrive on a 2 day shipping option (nothing custom ordered, just standard stuff) and when I finally got it, a few bottles were missing. But Jasmin informs me it’s being sorted and she did so with a smile, so I’m happy! ---

THAT is why i stay here. THAT is why i travel from florida to cali to detail her car and spit-shine her shoes, and wash all of her dishes. she’s worth it like that 😃 ---

I’d just like to add my resounding agreement, and to state that it’s a reflection of Jasmin as a person that she’s been able to find something about which she’s truly passionate and make a living at it, all the while raising a family. Yes, it’s rarely found that someone treats their customers as friends, and while it’s no secret that this is just damn good business, her true passion for this technology shines through as a separate motivation. Jasmin has a tendency to successfully match personalities/situations to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), and to make choices in terms of little extras and such that are extremely appropriate for the individual. So I guess what mostly strikes me about her is that combination, and I hope that if I ever find myself working in business for any period of time (because show business ain’t easy folks–and most of us can’t make a _steady_ living at it), that I manage to combine business and creativity as she does. 🙂 ---

can i rant about Jasmin too? she freakin rocks. hardcore. btw - jpballerina - i love your title. I wish I could give jasmin all my cash. Unfortunately I just had to blow an insane amount of cash on unmentionables. custom work is insanely expensive and i’m sick to my stomach over it, but it had to be done. ☹ ---

I thought my latest order hadn’t shipped yet, and it turns out it did and is at my leasing office, and has been for 2 days and the bastards are closed. ☹ But - i already have a wishlist for my next order, which i was going to place this weekend, but $200 on 3, count them…3 new bras, and I’m in no place to do anything but want and wish. ---

We were sooo worried about it not smelling right, so of course, we have to test. Oh no? No one around to test on but… who? _me_? MMM… now it’s just creamy and dreamy, and I was seriously huffing the base of my my thumbs (application points) all night. You’re going to get a lot of doey (doughy? hehe… _cookies_ _on the mind_) looks with this one. OMG. and I forgot to mention… I LOVE you guys. It comes around, too.
