Ok, so I haven’t done all my testing quite yet but I thought I’d just post my initial thoughts on TAC…because I’m quite impressed!

Last night I was mentally exhausted after a long, rough day…(Long story short, the rota’s have been totally buggered up so I’m stuck doing OB/Gyn this week until it’s sorted…and Ob/Gyn sooo isn’t my thing! Give me back my screws and drills damnit! 😠)

Anyhoo…I was physically wired after loads of coffee so I couldn’t sleep. I figured a bit o TAC would relax me so I spritzed on 15mcg of neroli scented TAC and went to bed… OMG!!! I felt like I was enveloped in a big fluffy duvet…all cozy, snuggly and content. And I was ut like a light!

Tonight I came home to find my flatmate all upset. There’s a colleague who everyone in the department had taken out for a birthday lunch… everyone except my flatmate that is. She wasn’t invited…she also wasn’t asked if she wanted to chip in for the present. For no reason whatsoever they are always ignoring her & treat her as if she’s invisible!

I went and applied 25mcg of my TAC and then sat down in the livingroom with her to watch TV. Within 10-15 minutes she was suddenly like a different person. The sad face was gone and her mood was alot better, almost happy. She was chatting away about this & that like nothing had happend. So I mentioned the situation at work and she pretty much just brushed it off and said she’d get her colleague a present herself!

TAC is definitively relaxing and harmonizing but it’s different to what I’ve noticed from P85 and Mx274. It’s effects on others seem similar and is quite social in the way it promotes its feel-good effect, but the self effects on me were calming and relaxing in a non-social way. It wasn’t a sedating or drowsy effect, but it calmed my mind and relaxed me so I could fall asleep. P86 makes me very dopey and drowsy and the TAC isn’t like that at all, but it’s still allowing me to sleep if that makes sense. The TAC made me feel like I was happy & content all wrapped up in a soft cocoon so not a mood I’d want for socialising or for work, but awesome for cosy nights in, heart-to-heart chats and sleeping 🙂

I’ll keep trying this one for sure!

Do it! Seriously! It’s awesome…it’s like snuggling up in your favourite PJ’s with a hot chocolate in bed 😃 Such a content and calm feeling…

So go spray yourself with that TAC…and while you’re at it, give yourself a hug from me too! 🙂

Thanks 🙂

If its that relaxing, I’d better not do it at work. I have enough trouble with procrastinating as it is 🙄

Well, it’s not like that…It’s relaxing emotionally and mentally, but not in a drowsy or sedating way. It just kinda quiets the mind if that makes sense? And makes problems seem alot smaller…you’re just happy & content with life really 🙂 It might help you actualy rather than make procrastination worse…if you get anxiety/stress out of the way and your mind has less “background noice” it might make it easier for you to focus on what needs to be done…and TAC probably would make resistance to getting started easier to handle?

This might be the right time to try the TAC+TAA+[P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) combination I [discussed here](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/tac-vs-taa-including-p74-p124-effects/23457/22). I’d suggest something like 20mcg each TAC and TAA and 2.5mcg or less P75.

Does this mix make you feel relaxed and content AND comfortable with socializing or working?

So if I sprayed on some Tac you are saying you could snuggle with me? Ahhhhh

From what you say about your flatmate it sounds almost like a I-Female Magic hit.

Hey thanks for the good report!!

Good question! For me personally I wouldn’t use TAC as a social as it does give me that cosy/snuggly feeling that even though it’s not anti-social, if given a choice I’d likely opt for staying home and be cosy, have a glass of wine & watch a dvd rather that go out. It doesn’t put me in a “oh, let go out and do something” mood 🙂

I think the combo you mentioned is very interesting…I wonder if adding TAA to the TAC would give it a more “go out & be social” type self effect? If you keep the relaxed and content feeling of TAC and offset the “stay at home & snuggle” feeling using TAA it could be a brilliant social! Relaxed, content and bubbly social 😃

I haven’t tried [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) though so I can’t comment on that one…

Nice report. I have TAC but I have never used it solo but as part of a mix. I guess I ought to give it a try by itself. Thanks.

I know, I was really ticked off. It’s not the first time it’s happend either, she gets “missed” in important department update emails…not told about meetings etc It’s bullying, plain and simple, and I have no idea why either because she’s a lovely girl, funny and very caring and unselfish as a person.

Have you tried TAC yourself Katie? You might like it! Could be useful for your anxiety maybe?

I use TAC to enhance sexual experience with my husband. It has an interesting property of blocking neurotic muscle tension, while promoting sexual muscle tension. That property is a terrific plus in the bedroom.

I definitively noticed the muscular relaxation when I used it before going to bed. It was like the feeling you get with relaxation techniques where you feel your body go heavy. I think that combined with the emotional/mental relaxation is what made it a winner for sleep for me.
I haven’t used very high doses or used it “in the bedroom” yet though… Maybe I should…is it as good as Meo-EST?

It’s good _with_ Meo-Est. The highest I’ve used so far in conjunction with Meo-Est, Betanol, P79, P91, P102, and P102 is 20.0 mcg.

This is what I’m testing atm (layering):

60.0 mcg Meo-Est
125.0 mcg Beta Androstenol
20.0 mcg TAC
10.0 mcg P91
2.5 mcg P102
2.5 mcg P103
20.0 mcg TAF

I tried this same mix with P86 instead of P91 and definitely prefer the P91.

I’ve, also, noticed this with TAC at 20.0mcg.

Wow, Diane, is that 12.5mcg Betanol or do you really mean 125.0mcg? That’s like 10 sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/).

What do you get from the P91?

It is like 10 sprays of IH without the Alphanol… so no chatty-chatty. I really don’t like any Alphanol in my sensuality mixes.

At over 100 mcg, Betanol gives a very deep mystical and mysterious aura that encourages you to plunge into the depths of feeling. It encourages a deeply connected feeling during love-making, but alone, it tends to draw you inward.

P91 is just loving by the bucketsful. It is a grateful pheromone. It is also heady and pleasant and other-focused. It compliments Betanol’s tendencies to drive you inward for experience and kind of widens out the experience to encompass your partner fully. It is another of those _visceral_ [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) I love so much.

Diane
