First of I love this cologne. This is a limited edition to the A_Men(Angle Men) line by, Thierry Mugler. I went to the mall store to go dress shopping with a friend…yay… after being completely offended and irritated by the sales women in macy’s i headed over to nordstroms. I smelt almost all the ones in macys, and then in nordstrom the newest and hottest colognes. It came down to Gaultier by Jean Paul Diesel only the brave and A_men pure malt, by Thierry Mugler. It is a whiskey, woody, sweet, hint of coffee ish smell, i cant describe it very good lol. but it is good, the girl i was with said she wanted to eat it lol. and in my oppinnion and hers had the best smell out of the lot. this is so much greater the lacoste essintials, which is what i used to use, lol im cheap and got it as a gift. Seeing how this is a Limited edtion cologne, and laster yours limited edtion pure coffe is gone lol, i really want to go buy another bottle of this stuff. on another note this stuff lasts FOREVER i did one spray to neck/upper chest area, and one pressed between wrists. at 10 am, it is now the next day at 3 am, and i can still smell it. i strongly sugest going and snif testing this at your local nordstroms/ cologne store ---

they are making a big deal about it over at basenotes…but seeing how i do not like any of the A\*MEN at all I have not rushed to smell it. Usually the A\*MEN are just way too sweet and overpowering for me I might take a look when I get a chance. ---

ok i tried it on way home and sorry to say, thought the to notes were great, very boozy, but then tdry down was sickening sweet and nauseating like the rest of the A\*MEN series, i could not wait get home and scrub ---

It appears to be an attempt @ a knock-off of TFord Tobacco Vanille. The vanilla in Pure Malt does have an oak ‘tint’ to it but in the end they both end up at the same place. TFord is MUCH deeper - smoother as well. ---

I don’t know, I find most A\*MEN scent pretty disgusting. Then again, Im not really one for sweet scents at all.. I don’t get why people would want to smell like a walking chocolate bar. To each their own though. 😉 ---

lol 🙂 i dont like the normal a\*men but the pure coffee and pure malt i love, women i know love them too. i think it might be because they used to getting chocolates as a sign of love? (v-day) and alot girls like chocolate yumms. so they like the smell? lol justa theory ---

I have to say I am very eager to give this one a sniff. I loved A_Men Pure Coffee as a cozy relaxation scent, and favored A_Men original above all other colognes when it came to the club. ---

you might want to head to your local nordstroms, or other dp, soon. i didnt see any at macys this weekend or a few weeks ago. my nordstroms had 6 left this weekend. 0.0 bought mine a while ago, almost bought another one this weekend but couldnt justify it lol. im going to miss it when its gone ☹ ---

Yeah, I can see why a lot of chicks dig it. 😛 AH! I love, love, love L’Homme by YSL. My favourite currently, actually. Just the right amount of tad bit sweet to make me tolerate the sweet of it. :Ð I’ll have to try to malt one then, see if maybe it’ll catch my fancy. As long as it isn’t chocolaty, I think I’ll be good. ---

i actually haven’t tryed L’Homme by YSL lol. ill have to make a trip to nordstroms! the fragrance ladys love me there sometiems just go talk with them lol ---
