Its funny how the long and winding road led me here… I recently got out of a long term relationship with an alcoholic…long story, but somehow I seem to attract the crazies! Anyway - I have done a lot of work bettering myself during and after this part of my life. I have always been athletic and worked out, but have always been a little shy, and not so great with initial conversation. Once I ‘hook’ a girl, I’m in, its just getting to that point that I have always had issues with. Looking forward to trying some mones to see if it adds to all the other improvements I have made within myself. Welcome to the forum. Great starting ideas. You may want to add IG to your starting lineup also. It gives a calm masculine aura less likely to attract “crazies” and more in tune with starting up a long term relationship. ---

Welcome to PT! Sorry about what happened! Ammo (2x) + IShine would be a good start! Also, I agree with gone with the wind! ig would be great for attracting nicer girls. Also, since you said u are shy, io would be good for you. Io would help ladies open up and be chatty! A314 is very good, but know that you have to be not shy. If you become more confident with ig and mones, u can use them! ---

Welcome ozspeed to the forum! Well, for your choice of crazy’s, not much to do with mones… You can attract some very loose gals with TUTH and such… but… for a possible LTR and to help with the shyness, I think that your selections are good.
