Hi Guys I’m Ben. I’m a 23 year old male from the UK. I’ve joined this website as I would like to know more about [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and how they can increase my chances with women. I’ve always been rather skeptical as to whether or not they work, but even if they don’t, anything that boosts confidence can only be seen as a positive by me. I don’t have a great deal of luck with women and never really have. Girls often tell me I’m good looking but I seem to struggle with initiating conversation with the girls I’m attracted to. I’ve had a few relationships but don’t really don’t know if I’ve ever truely been in love. One of the reasons I’ve been thinking about trying pheromones is because there’s a particular girl I really like right now. She works in a store so the environemt is always a bit awkward due to it being a really busy place, I’d really like to see her when she’s not working but haven’t yet. Anyway, she seems quite shy and ‘tense’ so I’m hoping I might be able to try some mones that can help her feel a bit more comfortable around me. I work in an office environment so a bit more harmless flrting would be nice too I’m thinking of trying Ammo for my first but any other suggestions are welcome. I’d like to take this opportunity to ask a quick question if I may. From what I gather most mones are rather expensive so I want to make them last. I already wear aftershave most days. Is it ok to mix the two? I.e. spraying some ammo on your neck after you’ve put aftershave on, or does this ruin the potency of the mones?? HI there Ben Welcome to pherotalk 🙂 Its OK to be skeptical, many of us were in the beginning. As long as you keep a open mind, understand what mones actually can do and what they cant do and learn to use them correctly you will see the effects. A lot of people think you just spray them on and thats it. They are not one size fits all and its not that easy to mimic mother nature. Hi Ben, Welcome to the forum. Its good to see you are willing to keep an open mind and give these a try. You will be surprised how much theses little molecules can do for you. I will agree that Ammo is a great place to start. It is sexy, social and masculine. Kinda the best of all worlds. I will also suggest you pick up some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It a product that can uplift your mood as well as the mood of people around you. Pair it with AMMO and it can have a great confidence boosting self effect. It might help with initiating convo. Speaking of which, IO is another great product that is kind of a social lube. She will post when she sends it. Ammo is a great product. Attractive masculine sexy. You can use your aftershave with the products. Dont mix them, layer them. Most people spray there mones on first and either cover them with cologne or aftershave or leave them uncovered if they like the scent. AMMO has been described sort of like a fresh Irish spring soap type scent and since it smells like soap should blend well and be easy to cover. The rest come in neroli scent which is a light fresh sort of spicy citrus. Also easy to cover or wear straight. Its up to you. I would suggest because you mentioned " seem to struggle with initiating conversation " and she seems shy and tense that you look at IO and Ishine as well. Ishine is a warm comfortable charismatic vibe. IO helps increase comfort and communication. Both attract as well. Pheromones can be expensive but keep in mind they have to-go bottles so if your unsure if you will like something you can try those first. They contain 40 sprays. Welcome to Pherotalk Ben! Confidence is the key. It’s ok if the girl is shy I personally believe she should be the shy one not you but if you are confident and know how to play your cards right she will open up. I agree with the suggestions of Ammunition and instant honesty to assist with a deeper level of communication and to make this girl feel she can trust you. **Your gc was issued! 😃**
