Heyya guys! 🙂 How are you all? New to this forum as you can see 🙂 My name is Fezzy aged 18 and from the UK! I was reffered to this site by someone and was curious 😃 Looks like a pretty good site and judging by a lot of members, [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) does work for some people 🙂 Its been some time I overcame my shyness as I used to act in school/college and have been on stage which has helped me alot but I just need that extra edge to give me a boost, so I’m hoping to buy a product (which one? I dont know yet!) I am totally clueless as to which product is out there and which one I would like to buy 😕 If people on this forum could give me pointers and give their input that’d be really awesome! 🙂 Hmm so I will lurk around and post on the forum here and gain more insight on the products available 🙂 ---

Hey Fezzy, welcome to the forum! I’m doing well, thanks for asking! 🙂 Well, well, well… a boost in confidence. That could be with IShine and/or IG. The IShine, which gives me a feeling of relaxed alertness, with an at ease attitude also providing a bump in self confidence. IG, for the cool and collected, leader of the pack vibe. However, these will only work as much as you also project that vibe in your attitude and body language. I also suggest you take a look at my sig below that has some helpful links to get the most out of the mones you DO decide to try out. Hey 1Alpha Thank you very much for telling me about these two products 🙂 I’m still trying to get a hang of the acronyms 😕 Eeek! So am I correct in saying Instant Shine and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) are to gain more social interactions? Also what does Instant Jerk do? I mean how does it work? If that makes sense :S And by the way, do they all contain alcohol? I’m not supposed to have/drink alcohol…Does that cause problems? Is there any pheromones that is without alcohol? Yes, IS and IG are socials but don’t discount their value as attraction triggers, especially in a guy your age who is likley to be producing a fair bit of none naturally. IS in particular - It is a happy/feelgood, socially confident/centre of attention type mix. IG is a very smooth/suave and light status product that is very suitable for someone your age. IJ however is a very different product - It has the highest androstenone content of any AD consumer product and whilst this does give a strong confidence boost, it is very liable to work against you because of your natural none production. Too much none can also drive the very people you want to attract away from you or erect other forms of barrier. Girls your age tend to respond best to socials and lower doses of none rather than high - this changes as they age. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would be a much more appropriate none product to start-off with as it is balanced with nol and rone to create an all-round sexy/social/confident impression. Alcohol - Yes, all the Instant/spray products are in an alcohol base bur spraying it on you won’t normally be an issue unless you have ethical/religious reasons. The only current AD product without alcohol is A314 oil but that again is maybe not one to start-off with as it can have a much older/serious/heavy status vibe. Other firms do produce pheros in oil-base, have a search here for Alter Ego or Scent of Eros for starters. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Most of the products are alcohol based but they are sprays for your skin. You are not ingesting them, right Mickaelia? IShine will make peeople happy to be around you. and happy people are talkative people. IG is a product that does not have any 'none (the “masculine” pheromone) that will give you a cool, smooth vibe. Plus it can also make younger guys seem a little older. Jerk will give off the impression that you have been with other women. The psychology is that it will attract some woemn who might think you are in high demand. The downside is that some women might think you are a player. Like 1Alpha said - the key to these products is for you to be socially engaged with people. They will not do much for you if you sit there quietly or give off a “do not bother me” vibe. ---

Thank you very much for your input mobocaster 🙂 I think I am more inclined to purchase either of these products: [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) Instant Shine Instant Openess Instant Honesty But I am just saying, what happens if I mix all these products together before a night out? Is that a good or bad idea? If mixed together, does it give off all the effects? Sorry for the noob questions 😕 ---

At your age IG is a great product. It can make you seem older which can often open up the dating pool for you as i am sure you do not want to go too much younger. The next big thing to ask yourself is are you good with those initial conversations? If not then I would go with the IO which helps with that and Ishine. If you are pretty good with those initial conversations then I would definitely go with IH. it is one of my favorite products. It helps generate feelings of connection and often deeper conversations. A _great_ product. The IG will mix with any of the products but it would be overkill to mix all four. Even IO and IH is a good combination. ---

Yes, you can layer these pheros over each other no problem. Just leave a couple of minutes between each application to let each layer dry down. The [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) (light orange) scent settles to a light “working” level in around 15-30 minutes. The only thing to avoid is spraying alcohol-base over oil as this wrecks diffusion. Use different application points here. Mixing too many products can work but it can also work against you. They can over-moderate some components and until you get a handle on each on its own, it can be difficult to evaluate results, I would suggest sticking to two and no more than three initially. IS/IO, IS/IH (which I prefer to IO), or IS/IG are all good mixes to kick-off with. Also remember that with too much nols (IO/IH) things can get a bit giddy. ---

IFM is long gone and will not be coming back. A1 is not really a beginners phero as it has some potential side effects and on its own is far too light and friendly - It needs to be paired/mixed with other pheros for best results. If you want to consider that road, search out the excellent A1 guide and mix threads - All the info you need is there. ---

Just a little more info about me and my personality: Well as I said before I used to be shy (Like really really shy) and overcame it slightly. I can handle going up to a girl and asking her ‘hi/how are you’ etc The main problem for me is I dont know how to keep a convo going, make it not boring and for her to be intrested in me 😕 That’s when it all goes pear-shaped Most of the girl (pause) friends I have are all nice as I am to them. And some of the girls that I talk to only see me as the cute-nice guy type of guy and nothing more than that. With my girl (pause) friends, I flirt very subtle…and then just laugh it off 🙂 I reckon I need to be more talkative and just ‘be out there’ really! At the moment I’m probably doing very minimal, say around (15-20%) Just a question: If X does not talk alot and is really shy and just smiles and answering back with one/two words and doesnt ask alot of questions, what product does Y need to use to make X get really talkative? X = She Y = Me Hope it makes sense 🙂 ---

Use IG as a base. IO will help a lot with those general chatty conversations as long as you do some work to keep them moving along. Once you get her used to talking more think about switching to or adding IH. It will help make her feel more connected to you and she will open up with deeper conversation. Remember - for most girls looking to get into an LTR physical connection generally comes after the mental and emotional connection. IShine will help make her feel happy to be around you all things considered. Like does she want to be around you in the first place. I assume from the above she does. That is my advice product-wise. To help a conversation along: I open strangers in line by first observing them and then making a comment appropriate to the situation. If you can make it kinda funny (esp. without insulting anyone) all the much the better. I have opened conversations with jokes about bags of dog food awaiting in line at the grocery store. Ask questions that cannot be answered in one word. Ask opinion questions. LISTEN to the answers and delve deeeper from there. Most people take it as a complement if you are interested in their thoughts and opinions. Verbally parallel back part of what they have said. If you have a slightly different opinion it is OK to go there as long as you make it thoughtful, polite and non-threatening. Or offer what you like about the counter-point. “Yeah - I really like those features on phone X and really thought about getting one but for me the Y feature on phone Y was really handy for me because …” That kinda thing - it can apply to anything. ---

Hmm intresting points bosshank 🙂 So do you mean to say, first apply IG and then IO (Mix them together?) Will mixing all three together work? IG, IO and IH? Or shall I just apply IG and IO and the IH seperate, prehaps for another time? As for the converstaion tips, thanks man 🙂 I dunno for some reason, I’m funny with male friends but when it gets to the ladies my mind just goes completely shuts down.
