2015-12-17/Thursday: AMMO - one spray on back of collar at 5:25pm+one spray on TMJ area behind each ear at 5:25pm, TUTH - two sprays on wrist and rubbed wrists together at 5:25pm

- Had a dinner date with a female friend

- She was very touchy-feely with my hand and arm and felt more receptive to my physicality, very talkative, especially about “missing me” and how I have “a positive energy” that I give off that makes her feel comfortable, DIHL and “happy eyes” staring at me when I talked

- self-effect: I was more talkative than usual with the female friend

- self-effect: I felt more naturally touchy-feely with the female friend rather than it feeling forced
