I’m new to this site, though not to pheremones. I used them for a couple years but when a natural disaster wiped out my home and my stock I stopped. Other prirorities. Recently job changes have reminded how I had used pheremones in the past…with some success. I ordered a couple things from the site I used before but find my needs have changed a bit so Im looking for more info and perhaps a more varied selection.
I will list some personal info and what I would like in results. If my post or part of it should be redirected to the womens forum please let me know and I’ll repost if needed.
About me: Female mid 30’s working in a male dominated feild…most jobs are physical in nature…including mine.(though at this time I am working a more supervisory position)
Job situation: I am competent at my work have no issues but sometimes some of the men perceive me as aggressive…I am not, in fact guys I work with are more aggressive than me. I am a go-getter I make my own opportunities and am trying to make myself ready for upcoming job advances. This is where I think the pheremones can help.
Environment: I would be using them in office like settings.
Personal: Married, kids.
Personality: Somewhat outgoing. If I get nervous I get “chatty”. or “overexplain” myself to someone if I feel defensive about something. I have schooled myself on not doing these but am concerned about the “self-effects” certain pheremones may have on me.
Self effects: Want to avoid anything that may cause a lac of concentration. Also need to stay away from strong scents.
Effects on Others: Would like to balance any aggressive signals I may be sending out with that of competence and confidence. I am also considering trying some of the pheros like I/O or I/H. I know it will take time and experimenting. I am willing to put in the work to get results.

I have been reading lots of your posts here and will continue to dig into all the info. I look forward to sharing any of my result with you also.

thx
Shanna
appreciate any advice and direction I can get.

Welcome to the forum, Shanna! I also live in Louisiana, and we suffered the loss of our home as well, though we hadn’t been living in it for a year or so already for personal reasons. It looks like you already know a bit about pheromones, so I’ll just offer a couple suggestions. For displaying confidence and competence, especially in a way that promotes respect, A314 is one of the best mixes out there. I don’t know if a lot of women use it, but I know a few love it, so you might ask on the women’s forum how they use it. I think it was designed more with men in mind, but with the proper buffers like Instant Honesty or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), I think it could be very effective on a woman. The only problem I have with it is that it can cause intimidation in some instances, and you are trying to diminish aggressive signals, but I think the other products will help with that. I am pressed for time at the moment, or else I would provide more help, but I will check by later to see if I can give any more advice. I wish you the best of luck!

Thx for the tip. There’s a lot to read thru here. I’ll post in the womens forum when I sort thru some of the info I’ve been gathering. I’m forming some ideas and I am looking forward to testing them.

Hello Shanna and welcome to the forum.

Yes - there is a lot to read and learn here. We can tell you a lot of things but to really learn you need to do a lot of reading.

The social products are a good place to start - they can be used in any situation (general social, romance, work) and are very effective. IH is one of my favorite. It helps people feel connected to you and as a result they open up more verbally with you.

Ishine is another good product. It helps make the people around you happy to be near you. This may also help offset any aggressive vibe people get from you.

Good luck and let us know what you decide to do.

You’re right I could probably spend weeks reading through all the info on this site! I’m grateful that so many people choose to share their experiences for the benefit of others. I am thinking I’ll order several of the Womens To Go sprays this will give me plenty to work with using the guidelines I’ve been reading on here. Both for work and social situations. I am also considering A314 or if there is an women’s alternative in the MX line.

Thanks,
shanna

MX300 is the women’s equivalent of A314.
