# A week of Ammo with few hits: am I applying it wrong?

Hey, so I’ve been using this AMMO for about a week now, and from what I can tell I’m not getting that many hits. I was wondering if I was applying it wrong somehow?

Also, I shake the bottle gently before I spray it, is that ok?

I usually spray once on my left wrist, rub it into my right wrist, and then I rub my wrist behind my ears down the neckline, then I spray one to the chest.

Any advice??😛

might try using a little more, also what are you doing as far as initiating?

I’m 34 years old I use 4 sprays of AMMO.

I say add more and see what happens too
