This actually gives me so much more time though nowadays. No more working 60, 80 hours just my 40 hours and I’m gone, which gives me opportunity to pursue hobbies like my charity for the homeless. I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to help people struggling and as things progress we are amazed at how many people want to participate. Of course though, when you don’t get paid for holidays or when you’re sick or anything other than clicking on the computer, you also have to compensate for time you want to spend with your family. So I’ll be spending a couple extra hours each day this week just to ensure I can have family time. So yesterday I was more focused on making sure I could get the hours in so I could spend Thanksgiving with my family. I decided that after 8 hours on the forum and handling the [hotline](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheromone-hotline-client-support-telephone-hours-and-options/23790) calls and CS on overflow (it was a Monday 😉) I needed a break. I don’t get paid for those either so when I say 8 hours, I’m either at my desk clicking or I don’t get paid. It’s actually funny if I have to get a glass of water or heavens forbid up to go to the bathroom. I actually run through the house like a crazed madman. LOL!🙂 Needless to say I go through a lot of Instant Shine 😉 I headed off to BuckyStars. Typical BuckyStars in this cotton field town of mine to be completely dead. There was a couple sitting in the chairs by the fireplace and I sat in the chair facing them and the fireplace. I only brought my Kindle to do some reading. I didn’t expect much activity and thought this would be a good opportunity for a first test. Well the particular Barista there is always all business and that’s OK with me. Usually they at least chat with me, but she’s usually just about getting me my coffee and that’s that. I did notice however another Barista in the back doing the dishes and while I’ve bantered with her in the drive-through a couple of times I never really saw her up close. When I sat down on the couch I did get the opportunity to see her and wow, I’m impressed and will make a concerted effort to get to know her. On a side note, I did call the girl from the other night who put the number in my pocket. Our times were not matching up very well, since I have to ensure I get the hours in, but I can tell you she put a lot of effort into checking to see if our times will ever cross. I detected a touch of clinginess and potential fallout effect from her and this was after one exposure. The only thing I could do was set up a call back for Sunday. She didn’t know next weeks schedule. She really wanted to head out Wednesday, but it’s the best party night of the year and I wasn’t having any of it. Back to the Barista who I want to get to know a little better. When she walked out, she walked right by me, albeit behind my chair, but never stopped even for a second. I can only relate this to the end of her work day and wanting to get out. I wish there would have been more interaction, but it just didn’t happen. The only effect I noticed from others was just a sense that the guy by the fireplace was staring. Sorry not my type 😃. I was reading and just didn’t feel like bothering so I kept at it. Other than that no interactions with others. Now for the personal effects. I was definitely much more alert. I read with much more clarity, even though as I mentioned I just put in 8 hours straight. This goes back to dude staring too. If you have a Kindle they are not very good at PDF’s. You can magnify the text, but then you loose the formatting and doesn’t fit on one page. I keep it formatted to fit on one page but the words can be tiny and you have to strain a bit to read them. Focusing on the PDF I was reading I was still alert enough to see the Barista walk by and the dude staring. It was humorous actually and yet, I still managed to read quite a bit. I also was able to hear and enjoy the music playing, comprehend what I was reading and never have my mind wonder. I thought the alertness element was very good and I can see this as a good trait especially if it works same in field. Just to clarify, it wasn’t tunnel vision, get the mission accomplished focus of [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/) , rather alert, I have eyes and sensors everywhere and I feel, taste, hear, smell, see everything. I can see dead people! 😃 I had a very interesting talk with Dancing Joker on my 15 minute drive home about P130 and 1.23A on the way home. Very good stuff and again my thoughts were also clear and alert too. When I got home I watched the game for a bit. I did also notice though that while I had already worked 8 hours nonstop I was awake and felt alive, as in YEAH! I managed to get nearly 2 more hours in while I watched the game with my dad. Spending time with your family is so important and no one should ever forgo it, but I needed the time so I watched over the laptop. The game, like all NFL games was fixed, so I didn’t miss much of that. NFL is such BS and so transparently phony. Greed is a horrible thing what it does to people. Some people will sell their soul for a dollar, but it comes back to get yah every time. I was pretty amped up by the time 11 rolled around. I really wanted to go to bed, but ended up staying awake till after midnight and waking up at 4. No gym this morning!
