# A314 and Ammo- quick easy question

Does A314 have any none in it? I was just curious if you could wear it with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and not have to worry about OD. Thanks 😃

A314 does have a small amount of none in it. But it is small enough you need to worry about ODing with the Ammo, not the A314.

I wear that mix often to good effect.
