So for those who don’t know I’ve made HUUGE physical and mental changes since this time last year (or a little longer than a year) for the better. Since last year I’ve become a lot healthier… I’ve gone vegan, stopped eating as much as I did, and stopped drinking soda altogether. In one year I’ve lost about 120 pounds without working out. Thank god I did this when I’m still young enough for my body to actually be able to adapt to this change 🙂

Other than that I’ve also been able to change my self mentally for the better as well. My confidence has skyrocketed, my mood is better (most of the time) and because of both of these things I treat others better as well.

Both of these differences that I’ve made in the last year have been helped or pushed along by A314. Don’t forget… A314 didn’t do this… I did, and it’s been hard as hell, but I’ve done it. However A314 has helped me find the energy to fill in some of the willpower when it was low. It has also helped with raising my confidence, which I was also making better myself, but the A314 just pushed me a bit more.

All in all I’ve found that I was already making these great changes, and that the outcome would have been close to the same, but A314 helped me do it with more class and to a higher degree overall. Thanks for the extra push!

Anyways… this was all going into a few hits I’ve noticed today with A314.

I had taken a week off of A314 and started again today. Today is my long day… 6am -10pm straight besides a one hour lunch break ☹ After 6 hours of sleep I woke up feeling slightly groggy and not incredibly excited for the day… I’ve always sucked at waking up… anyways I took my shower and everything and right before I left I put on A314. Problemtoday is I can’t really count how much I put on. It’s at the end of this vial and I find that it stops getting drops to come out near the end. So I take the dropper of and just put my finger over the cover and tip it upside down and back. I put this on under my nose and on my neck as usual. I immediately get a little rush of energy and confidence… kind of kicked my morning into gear.

The ride to work was a bit more awake than it has been lately (since Ive taken the week off a314) and I was laughing pretty hard at the morning show I was listening to.

I get to work, run upstairs and to my desk. My senior coworker is already there very very awake as always. He starts (before he smells me) giving me a little hell about not getting enough sleep ever. A little later when my cloud reaches him he comes over and leans over my little wall telling me all of these facts out of his favorite book (the pocket reference guide) which knows everything. No more poking fun of me not being awake enough or anything just trying to tell me cool facts… He hasn’t been acting like this lately even before this last week that I took off of a314. I think he may have gotten used to me using this product and wasn’t so outwardly trying to seek my approval.

Later this morning a lot of people came into our office from other offices just to catch up and chat. They all gathered around my desk with me kind of at the epicenter of the social experience. My desk is kind of in the middle of everything so this isnt THAT out there but it’s never usually this obvious that they’re around MY desk… hit.

That’s all so far but my lunch encounters should be good today too 🙂

Congratulations on your new, healthier self.
I wouldn’t want to go vegan myself, I’m an Extreme Meat Eater but I too stopped drinking soda altogether. That shit really is poison.

Yea it’s not for everyone… but obviously was for me after losing 120 in one year with not much more excercise 😛

Yea soda is awful for you… and brings nothing good to the table either. I’ll bet you 30 pounds I lost in a year were from quitting diet soda. Aspartame slows your matabolism AND tricks your body into thinking its hungry… baaaad mojo man.

Ye aI feel great and my body’s young enough to deal with the physical changes… never felt better in my whole life!

If you’re 26, like your profile says, you weren’t by any means running out of time to get in better shape and let your body adapt to it. A friend of mine was well into his 40’s when he lost about 40-50 pounds in a short time. He did it without exercise too, with some low carb diet he still sticks to, albeit not 100% strictly anymore.
Your weight loss was far greater, really impressive. If my friend had lost that much, he’d just be a heap of skin and bones though. You’re almost a foot taller.

I think the most dangerous thing is sugar. I’m not overweight but I did get a bit of a belly earlier this year.
That’s when I quit soda and also candy. The little beginning of a belly disappeared in no time, really within a couple of weeks.

Now I eat candy a few times a month but I only tolerate a little soda when it’s mixed with alcohol. Even then I try to avoid it by drinking whiskey and when I want vodka, I just squeeze some fresh lime into it. Great drink.

Yes I am 26. I just know the older you get the less elastic your skin becomes, and there’s a point where if you lose a lot of weight, the skin doesn’t necessarily ☹🙂

Soda makes a huge difference… just fake sugars that haven’t been fully tested, and at way too high amount. Why not have water, coffee, or tea? These things are good for you and when you learn how to make tea correctly can be fantastic tasting.

Stopping soda and making at least one meal a day a healthy one has made a big change for me. 🆒

Congrats man! I love to hear inspiring stories like this, it helps me to keep on track or get back on track.
It doesn’t sound like you’ve made “changes,” but commitments, and that’s a huge part of being a true alpha.
We talk a lot about that here, and some people still miss the point. They think its about being intimidating, tougher, when it really is about a guy who is so strong inside that he will not waiver, he will not allow such small insignificant things in life knock him off his path. You have made commitments for and to yourself and you kept them…good for you man, pat yourself on the back, you deserve it. Or better yet, get you another bottle of A314. 🙂

Already did, just waiting until the last one is gone 🙂
Good point on commitments… Just nice that when you make the commitment and stick with it, that it actually makes good changes in the long-run. I was kind of blind to that for a while. Once you taste it and see the differences it’s a lot easier to make new commitments. 😃
