# A314 and panic

I just did stupidest thing i have ever made with [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I seat on the couch and decide to try A314/b. My hand was lie on my belly when i sprayed and my aim was not that good, missed half of spray and those steams just  
float to my nose. Result = immediate headache and uncontrolled panic attack. Looking outside the window and everything start to slow down and twisting a bit.. last half hour i have walked around my house and can’t stop becase if sit down or stop i feel like starting to see hallucinations, that’s very awful panic attack and biggest fucking OD i have ever got.

Hope this will stop soon. I already wash my nose with water and alchol but feel like still got that stuff inside.. Got to be more careful next time.

This is one of the disadvantages of spraying on the face TBH.

The headache and any headrush is most likely from the solvent/scent components in the spray, rather than the pheros themselves but in the meantime, a good wash and even a bowl of steaming water and a towel over your head will help shift them and clear-out your sinuses.

As for the pheros themselves, A314 on initial application can cause self effects that make you feel more serious, grounded, in control etc - Which can induce a little bit of panic if you are not used to them. Next time spray further away and let yourself get used to them - after a while you will enjoy! 🙂

Haha i guess this could use as panic gas like in movie batman begins doctor crane had this panic gas he used on his patients.

I chuckled at the Dr Crane comment - that’s exactly what I was imagining when you mentioned A314 and the spray going up your nose 😃 I am with mobo though - it seems like that would have been due to the alchohol content, not diffusion of the product.
