I am wondering if A314 will give me the confidence or calm me down or if there are any other [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) that will calm me down. I can talk to women and any other humans perfectly fine. BUT when it comes to public speaking or presentations or speaking within the classroom i ALWAYS get nervous, my heart rate increases to the point where i am like " FUCK IT I GOTTA SAY THIS". And sometimes in the middle of my speeches i feel like my heart is pounding, im losing breathes, and my voice doesnt sound consistent.

I wore A314, IG, IH, IO, Ammo to school during this and i didnt feel any difference… Maybe a slight difference as in “I didnt give a shit”, but I’ve taught my self to “not give a shit” when i first started “PUA” like 4 years ago. (Im 21 now).

What are your thoughts?

As I mentioned in my response to your other post try to stop pherobombing and cut back on your mix. Beyond that I don’t advocate using pheromones for self effects, for one not everyone even gets self effects and if they do those effects usually wear off over time. Mones are communicative molecules designed to tell OTHER people information about you, not to alter your own personal state of mind. The best advice I can give is to avoid caffeine or any other products that may cause you to feel nervous or jittery.

I trick I use when speaking to groups is to make eye contact with one person in the audience at a time, hold it for a few sentences and move on to somebody else. This way it feels like you’re talking to a series of people one at a time instead of addressing the group at once. The people you do this to will pay closer attention and feel more connected to what you’re saying and you can forget about everyone outside of your temporary tunnel vision.

I was having this exact same issue today in my communications class I thought A314 would help but nope I’m guessing the black coffee with 2 shots of espresso didn’t help either. Callyfornya thanx for asking the question

That coffee did not help at all. Caffeine releases stress hormones in your body.. Try cutting back if you drink a lot. I know it can be hard and almost painful, but the difference it makes is outstanding. This is from a recovering caffeine junky. Let me tell you, one week off and the difference was incredible.
