So earlier in the spring, my cap on the A314 bottle was split. Guess I must have been closing it too tightly. I was just worried about the content leaving the bottle. Today, I opened up the next A314 bottle I had in stock and noticed a HUGE difference in strength! So out of curiosity, how tightly does everyone close their bottles to keep the mones fresh while at the same time not damaging the caps on their bottles? Do you guys and gals at AD offer extra caps if this were to happen again?..feel like I’ve been missing out on my A314 after using the new bottle today and noticing the difference. P.S. It happened half way through the last bottle and I tried taping the broken cap and keeping a ziplock bag, but I guess it didn’t work too well. ---

If you’re placing an order you can call it in and ask Steve or Mick to make sure they toss an extra cap in there for you. If its an emergency I can ship it to you if you’d like but I’d rather it be part of an order because of the shipping. However, I don’t want you to get screwed out of A314’s awesomeness so of course I’ll replace the cap. Let us know what you’d like to do. 🙂 EDIT: I should be more clear that I will replace it without an order and I’ll pay for shipping, but if you’re going to place another order soon I’d rather piggy back it onto that. But again, I’ll be happy to just send it to you either way. PS: Please handle this by e-mail or phone - don’t PM us the info - since we do not handle order issues on the forum generally so your personal information doesn’t end up on Google’s indexing beast. ---

Thanks John. I just finished the bottle with the broken cap, but will make sure to take you guys up on the offer it ever happens again. I’m sure I would find something to order with it too. Appreciate it! ---
