Let me start with this that I am very impressed with A314. I will openly admit that it played a good role in letting me secure a senior position in a company and also get me a 20% raise over my previous job in THIS market. The story goes so …that I lost my job on Jan 23rd this year and had been looking around for almost a month without any leads. Then I came in contact with 2 companies. Individual accounts are below: **Job Offer 1:** I had a telephone interview with the company president (a lady) and it went fine. I insisted that she give me one opportunity to meet her for a few minutes whenever she could. A few days later she invited me to a lunch where a few other potential candidates were meeting her over lunch. I wore 4 drops of A314. Although 3 is my sweet spot but I wanted to give a more mature, strong and confident aura so made it 4 drops. 5 minutes later, I started to feel invincible. 🙂 Yep, I get that feeling when I wear it, and I admit that it is the best feeling ever (better than sex but thats a different story). I met the lady president and 5 other folks for a senior management position. We are seated around a table and everyone is chatting. I deliberately kept my hands on the table to let the pheros spread in the air. The critical things I noticed is that people wanted to follow any topic of discussion I introduced. Everyone showed great interest in my thoughts. Everyone was eager to respond to my questions. I noticed that the president seemed more interested in hearing what I had to say there and she several times looked at me and smiled. The next day she offered me a job and I got the highest salary offered ever in her company. She was still apologetic that she could not offer more than that because that was the salary ceiling. I learnt the people with similar skills and experience as me were offered abut 20% less. **Job offer 2:** In parallel I was pursuing another opportunity. I interviewed with 3 VPs and 3 Directors in the company before I was offered a job there too. Again, I wore 4 drops of A314. The good thing is that I was interviewed in the same room for 4 hours by different people. So obviously in those 4 hours I had spread enough pheros in the room to influence anyone. Everyone I interviewed with expressed great interest in what I had to say and went to great lengths to answer any questions I asked them. A week later I got the job offer. The compensation was exactly what I had asked for. **Conclusion:** I always insist on a personal meeting over a telephone conversation. That is because it lets us put a face behind the voice and then also provides us an opportunity to influence people with our body language. Pheros add the icing on the top to make it a complete win-win situation. I am absolutely in love with A314. Can’t live without it. 🙂 ---

Wow - that’s impressive… It’s a damn shame because I’m going to a job interview today and I’m still waiting for my A314 to arrive in the mail! ☹ Hopefully I’ll pull it off on my own without help from the pheros, though I’d love to try it out!.. 😛 ---

Nice thread. My brother’s fiancee has a job interview next month and I want to get some A314 for her to try when she does it. ---

congratz!!! 😃 i found A314 to be a good secret weapon for a few things 😉 i defiantly use it for business & is great for pickup.
