BTW, i got exactly 15% higher raise than the maximum possible! Basically I hear I got the best pay raise of all the Staples in North America. My pay raise was exactly 2.87 times higher than the average!!! MX102 (Spray A314) everyday for a week before my raise! ---

That is not a normal action on her part. After we completed my review she was asking questions about how I felt everything was going. She was staring intently in my eyes the whole time. Her pupils were slightly dilated and she had a smirk on her face the whole time. Like someone who knows a secret but isnā€™t sharing. After the q & a, she told me what my raise was. I already am near the top of the pay scale. I figured that if I got a raise it would be small pitiful amount. However that amount she gave me left no room for negotiation. It was 1.6 times bigger that my last raise. That raise was a good one too. I did not have to negotiate anything it was more than I wanted by 40 cents. My supervisor said I had been doing such an excellent job the past couple months and I really deserved more. At that time I really stopped paying attention to their reactions. I was too busy being excited about the extra money on my pay check! > > Now I wonder what the upper boss was thinking about during the meeting. Love the stuff for work, unfortunately, didnā€™t do me any good. Arnold just screwed poor kids, old people, schools and state workers, but he did protect big oilā€™s profits. I just got a 10% pay _cut_!šŸ˜ šŸ˜  ---
