So, last night I was with some family for a Rosh Hashana dinner. A bit of a background on this. The hosts are very close family friends of ours and have been with us through a lot. There is a usual crowd that tends to come to these dinners and while a few people are a bit quiet but pleasant, the other end of the table tends to hold the more aggressive and bitchy crowd, also quite a few yentas who tend to think that their shit doesn’t stink. So three drops of A314 at the neck and two sprays of IG at the forearms. Self effects: typical increase in confidence, pep in my step, etc. First off, I have to pick up my mom. So this means her and I confined in a car for twenty minutes. I didn’t notice too much of a change in her behavior other than she wasn’t as chatty as usual. This could however, be attributed to the weather being cloudy and just affecting everyone’s moods. We get to the house and so far normal behavior from the hosts. There was a couple with their daughters 7 and 4. At this point I’m thinking “oh shit, hope I don’t scare the girls.” Because I’ve known them since they were babies. Typically the 7 year old is fairly outgoing towards me but this time she was very reserved. Same for her sister. What I did notice was that her mother, whom she and I rarely talk (she has a very aloof attitude towards me), became very chatty when I started chiming in about the local public school’s education program and how things have changed since we were kids. She became quite enthusiastic and we held a good conversation for quite a while. Dinner was served, pretty much everyone was as is, the yentas did end up leaving me alone and I did get some occasional shit testing from the host. Mainly when he and this one guy who is a complete beta male (does whatever his wife says, weak hand shake, etc) were bitching about the local cable company and tried comparing them to satellite (I work for one of the companies). I chimed in my thoughts in a very “this is how it is and you’re wrong because you don’t know all your facts” type of a way which is a bit out of character for me. The host gave a curt “thank you for your opinion” and decided to focus on his soup. I’m tempted to say that was more of me just copping a bit of an attitude towards him. On the other end of the table, my end that is, this one couple’s daughter whom has never had much to say to me, once again, she opened up and we ended up having a very good conversation throughout dinner. She tends to be very alpha oriented, a bit pushy and assertive. For the other newbies here that are still not sure about congruency, here’s a good example of how this really comes into play: This woman is used to having people back down. When she would push me on a topic, or assert her opinion as being final, I would keep my voice a bit deeper than normal, a few db higher for carrying power and reiterate my point in a “that’s nice but I don’t care if you think you’re right” sort of way, immediately followed by turning my attention to someone else or to my food while she was trying to push back. A few more times of this and then she started softening up a bit, just a bit. Enough for us to have a good exchange. In case anyone is wondering, she’s in her late 30’s I think but whether or not there was any sexual tension, I haven’t any idea as I’m not interested in her that way. I would still call last night’s events a success since I’ve never gotten such responses before with that crowd of people. ---

I’m not understanding the mix, why both A314 and IG. I could see if you had done just 1 drop of A314 and added some IG, but 3 drops is more than enough to do the job alone. I think you would have been better off adding a social to the mix or IS. ---

I actually use IG quite often with MX347 and get good results. It’s not quite as intimidating and it doesn’t have as much -none, etc. so it allows you to add a little extra alpha presence without some of the other stuff that A314 contains. I add IS, IH, etc. to it as well though. ---

It’s valid point you raise. I had considered IS or IO but my reasons for the mix is I didn’t entirely want people to open up and be a bit more friendly. There has been an alpha issue with some of the people at the dinner so this was more of a means of asserting myself so I didn’t want to gloss over the alpha vibe. I should note I was coming off a bit aloof but unlike previous times, I didn’t get any shit testing from the wenches that have done so in the past. And I’m still a noob in testing…that last bit didn’t sound right, not sure why. ---

I add IS, IH, etc. to it as well though. In what ratios? I guess that’s the point I’m raising here. If you’re doing 1 + 1, ok, but 3 drops of A314 plus 2 sprays of IG seems to be a bit overkill. If he wanted to tone it down a bit, maybe 2+1. Or 3 drops of A314 + IS. If he wants to toughen it up a bit, A314 + IJ. ---

That’s what is great about this forum, there are so many people on here willing to share their knowledge and experiences. Every day I log on here and learn something different and new. Every day I come here I am correcting a mistake or misconception. There is so much to learn, the difference between the mones and the effects they have etc. But the best thing is, its fun. 😃 I look at this as a hobby and a learning experience. This has opened my eyes to a whole new world, and not just mones. I’ve always loved colognes, but that is now starting to become a hobby too and there is a large group of members here who do that as well. I gave you a rep because you wrote up a fantastic report and you put yourself out there for testing regardless of the outcome, and in the end had fun. That’s what’s important in the end, living life, loving life, and loving yourself. ---
