# A314 + IO = confusing results

I am quite interested in AMMO, too, so what do you think about (heavy) AMMO + IO ? Is this mix OK and not sending different signals (for women 30-45), generally speaking?

that A314 works well with IO, but OK, I understand that it’s very individually and needs testing.
