Ok so with the busy life I have I haven’t kept a log that is as comprehensive as I would have liked but I am definitely seeing some patterns. In particular with A314. This seems to be getting me slightly more respect at work using either one or two sprays. Depending on who I am working with however at home my wife acts aggressive and snappy everything I wear this around her. Almost like shit testing? This calms down after a couple of hours by which time I see no positive effects. Am I better off trying IG? Also when I have tried tuth or tuth and tac as a buffer it has zero effect on her. If anything makes her raise her barriers. I have noticed better results when wearing nothing at all which is frustrating. Any suggestions. I have tried several different combination of doses. As this is my main goal “more intimacy with the wife” I have had little success. Comments appreciated. I have the following but haven’t tried them a yet. Tac, p130, p95, p96, p75, ammo, a314, instant Shine and [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) for her but she is not keen on the smell. We have three young children under 6 yo and we are both early thirties. Quite stressed and tired but very much in love. Together 8 years ---

I don’t have an answer for you letner, but I can say I have a similar story. It’s kind of confused me a bit as well. I have noticed that with repeated applications, my partner has been slowly warming and adjusting to the mones, but it is still very hit or miss, mostly miss for me. I’ve put in too comfortable a mood, putting her to sleep a few times using \>20mcg of TAC, so I’m capping the threshold of TAC to 20mcg for us. Never seem to get much of any responce A314, AMMO or TUTH beyond a slight tongue-in-cheek jab that she knows I am wearing them… It is frustrating, but I tell myself its a learning process still. I landed on the forum here after getting a good response form a product from another company containing an unknown quantity of A1, which is why I went searching for others. Thoughts I have: Maybe certain ladies respond to certain mones more than others? Maybe a micro-dose would work better than the dosages I’m using; perhaps she is hyper-sensitive to the mones, rather than under sensitive, and I am OD on typical dosages. Still, I love the products, and am determined to keep trying… I’m following your post though, maybe someone will give us some practical experience to a similar situation. A314, imo the people intimidated, are new to the experience so they don’t know how to react about the new you. Believe me, I was in arguments with a fellow co-worker, for like the first two weeks. Now it’s 1 spray A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to mellow it out. I know it’s baby talk, but you have to let them know your on the same team 🙂 ---

Thanks for the replies. It has been ongoing for months not sure how to approach further testing/usage from here on. What do people think of just using the wrists as an application point so they can be washed I needed. Eg. After a day at work on return home? ---

I think applying to the wrist so you can easily wash it off will work. Some mones take more scrubbing than others though, and maybe an alcohol hand sanitizer or some other astringent would work better for removing these. I’ve come across some posts here that people prefer to use witch hazel to remove the mones when they want to change a mix. I suppose you would have to dissolve the mones with the witch hazel or alcohol, then wipe it off into a paper towel before the solution drys, otherwise it will just re-dry back on your skin. It’s funny, I’ve been trying to stay away from applying to my wrist, so that I don’t wash these away during the day. Instead, I’ve been trying to place them in a line along my forearm when I wear a short-sleeve shirt. I still haven’t figured out much more over the weekend to offer you letner. Both days I was able to apply some mones to test around others, and can’t say I came up with any real hit. I’m not overly concerned about this though, as I enjoy the smell of the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) myself. I figure I’ll get the hang of this over time. I’m sure it’s already occurred to you that having 3 kids under 6 makes this a rough period to get in tune with your wife. More than just the pheromones, it’s important to find a way to make time **just for you and your wife** by making sure you have a reliable babysitter available, and setting up a regular date night were you and your Mrs. can take at least a few hours off to recharge your batteries and rekindle the sparks that got you together. This is advice I never managed to take for myself when my kids were young. We thought we could take time when they were older, never could find a babysitter we quite liked, a whole bunch of excuses… It wasn’t good or healthy, and we both paid the price for not setting up that support when we should have. It’s not to say everyone is the same as me, but no one would argue that taking a few moments away for just the two of you isn’t a healthy activity that you should pursuit. my 2-cents. TBH, A314 isn’t the best choice for everyone. If you are not getting-on with it, chuck it back for a refund - and as a consumer product, that will be a 2x refund and try something else. Also, the oil is smoother and more subtle in effect - which IMO makes it much more effective and natural in day to day situations around people used to you. I keep the spray for specific occasions where I want a major boost in presence and impact but TBH, I rarely need it. ---

I tried p75 at 5mg this weekend and didn’t notice and negative effects. I may persist with testing this as I have heard it gives a slight alpha vibe but more subtle. I may try this for a few days and see if I notice anything. I’ll keep the application to my wrists for now. ---

Let me tell you something that I experienced, and its quite similar to what you are experiencing: TAC: Will make her want to cuddle, a LOT. Usually a dose between 10 and 20 mcg is fine, more and its a bit overkill. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + TUTH: Raises her barriers. She knows something is up, and she is like totally getting defensive because she is not in the mood for sex at all. Complains about the smell, does not want me around and wants me to wear something “less intrusive”. Puppy Love: Also cuddle, happy mood, feeling bad when I have to go. Its like she wants me around for that special moment of happiness. A314: Good smell, but you have to “man up”. What you are experiencing is most likely a contest of being the alpha in the house. When wearing A314, show who’s boss. She does not like you being too much of an Alpha dog, so she becomes snappy and aggressive. Either claim your spot in the house or don’t use it around her. When I wear A314, I have to be the man else my girlfriend does not like it. EDIT: A good advice from me would be going out without the kids, take her to a good restaurant, wear good clothes (dress as a real man) and use A314 half hour before you guys leave. Trust me, when you behave like a man that can take care of her, she will literally melt. ---

Hey MrSeeker, Thanks for your advice here, I’ll be sure to give this a try in my application as well. You are probably right with the A314. She has typically taken the Alpha role in the past, and it’s likely a powershift I’m fighting through. I’ve been looking for the Puppy Love mix; is it still available. I located the MX492 discussion post, but I can’t follow the link, as it looks like I’m locked out of this ATM. It certainly isn’t found when searching the store. I’ll probably build up my reps for now and request access down the road, but I was curious if this is still in production currently. The TAC I have is in 20mcg, and I’ve realized that any more than 1 spray and I’m in OD. I may try to dilute this by 1/2 when I have some empty togo bottles available. I should be receiving some [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) in the mail today, so I’m on to testing this one next. pudleduk ---
