Over the past few years I have had many opportunities to advance myself within a couple different companies. I felt In every case I was qualified to do the job, but either got to a level where I was too young or too inexperienced or political type reasons… Now I’ve only been working for my current employer for 7 months and applied for the highest paying position on my shift and got it. Granted I do know my shit, but this job is in a completely different(sort of) area so I was skeptical from past experiences that it didn’t matter what or how much I knew about this company and the job at stake they already knew who they wanted and the interviews were just a formality. Being a good interviewer isn’t always enough (the best candidate doesn’t always get the job). The three interviewers were practically hanging on my every word, nodding in unison, when I walked out I knew the A314 I was wearing at least made them HEAR me instead of seeing me. I might have got the job regardless, but was told by two of the interviewers that they thought my interview skills were the best they’ve seen in awhile.So at least I made a good impression with my words cause I don’t think squirting them all in the face with A314 would have gotten me the job 🙄 A314 + me = promotion.. A314(2drops) shine2x(1spray) IO2x(1spray) IH(1spray) this is my current work mix sometimes I drop off the IO2x and IH ( they make me super gabby no matter where I spray)… If I was going into an interview without knowing the interviewers I might just use A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) just so the IO and IH didn’t make me volunteer too much information. I guess it would also have to depend on the type of company I’m applying to… Hope that helps 😃
