Hi all, Okay, a long ramble before I get to the point. I bought some 2.5mcg TAH and TAF the last time I was here based on advice from our lovely members. Also bought IS/A - but only use it on occasion. Apparently I am pretty unapproachable phero-free 😕 - I have been told that men are intimidated as I don’t flirt very much and keep to myself unless I have something of great importance to add to the conversation. Reports. TAH - Been using this a lot as I have run out of I/Sh and didn’t have TAA. Funny. Men were either patronising - calling me ‘luv’ or ‘hun’ or wanting to look after me. Hmm. A guy started talking about raising kids with me. But that’s a long story. Not sure whether its just me or the TAH but I usually become pretty useless for a couple of days after - eg. just lie in bed on weekends, not working on projects - feeling tired and burnt out. TAF - Subtly makes me more alert and ready to start the day. I say subtly because I was trying to use it in place of coffee and a cup of coffee works better in terms of focus. (Having said that, I have been trying to wean myself off coffee completely - have started drinking tea / hot chocolate instead for caffeine. Coffee gives me headaches and doesn’t make me feel human.) Anyway, not sure if I need larger doses - I use 2.5mcg/spray 2x sprays to neck. IS/A - Works wonders in the you-know-what department. 😃 Wonder if IS/B would be better for me though. My favourites are still I/Sh, MX134, and MX135. I think I need a balance between softening my image / loosening up / enhancing my image at work. Sigh sigh sigh. I am thinking of ordering the A314 variations for work. What do you think? I suppose I could always palm it off to a male friend if I became a raging psycho because of the -none. What about mixing [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) with A314? Here’s my next order contemplation list. I am tossing up between mixing the plains or just using the instant line. I get bored easily though. What do you think? 1. plain TAL 5mcg (or IS/B)? 2. beta-Androstenol 5mcg 3. MX235 - oh definitely 4. TAK 2.5mcg 5. Meo-est 5mcg 6. TAC 10mcg 7. Double strength Instant Openness 8. MX104 9. MX215 10. MX274 11. P79 5mcg 12. p74 7.5mcg ---

\*Edit: Just reread your post and realized you have mx134. If you’re going to give A314 a shot, my advice would be to start off at _very_ a low dose and use social buffers. That way you can decide if the reaction is a positive one and go from there. Since you seem not to be a TAH woman maybe you’ll find TAL more to your liking. From what I understand TAL is more of a independent, take charge type [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/). On another note, although I can’t speak to those mens particular motives in wanting to look after you. I can say that while I fully respect and admire womens’ strength and independence, I do find myself wanting to protect the ones I care about. So please don’t judge us too harshly for our sometimes unwelcome attempts at chivalry. ---

MX134 is the female version of A314, You say your already intimidating and A314 will just increase that as well as possibly making you come off as intimidating and butch. If you need a mix for work go with A134 and TAL and TAA this will balance out the enhancing your image and maintaining your femininity Tisha ---

It was good thing, don’t get me wrong. But I didn’t quite like feeling so bimbo-ish. Do self-effects wear off after repeated use? I just realised I ordered 10mcg/spray so perhaps that is why the TAH effects were so pronounced compared to the TAF 2.5mcg/spray bottle I ordered. LOL. How do you guys figure out what doses to order? ---

The self effects of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and whether or not they lessen with time depends on the individual (most likely it will). You might be right in thinking that the dosage of TAH is causing the problem but since I don’t have much experience with it, I’ll leave it to those in the know to answer. The putative dosage I buy is usually 10mcg since its a easy number to multiply. However, that number would be lower if purchasing stronger pheromones with a OD risk like Androstenone, Androsterone, etc. ---

Oops I ordered mx104 for fun - just arrived and miss scatterbrain here has no inkling how to use it. From what I have heard on the forum, it is A314 with sexual overtones FOR MEN. lol! ---

I like the effects of TAH but have trouble wearing it due to feeling ditzy and vulnerable. A little trick I use when I use High TAH products or just straight TAH is to spray 1 spray of TAL on my chest so it wafts up and effects me. Sometimes I will just put a dab or two under my nose if I dont want others effected by the TAL. They hit harder and faster then the oil so use only a small amount and suppliment it with some [female pheromones](https://phera.com/). This would be a good opportunity to try it out with your TAH and see what kind of effects you get. Tisha
