I know A314 attract women of higher caliber, high self esteem, alpha..etc. And I know girls with low self esteem wouldn’t even bother. But what would it do if the women you was going on date with? I have got a second date, with this women and it turns out she has got a bit of low self esteem, from previous partners walking over her per say, she says finds it really hard to trust now. (She was playing REALLY hard to get, It turned me on even more! lol and made me want her more!, a challenge you know.) But she ended up telling me the above, so my orginal plan was to use A314, and maybe the other that I have aswell. I have, A314, IS, IH, CTTM2, IFM. So just wondering what it would do to a women that was not high self esteem, alpha women lol. Negative/positives please! Cheers =D ---

Honestly, it might be a tad detrimental unless you’re willing to do some leg work. Women who aren’t “alpha” still like you but unlike the alpha girls they feel as if you’re out of reach, and you basically become a fantasy. What you’ll need to do is use some Beta nol/[Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to help bond with them and make them feel as if they’ve know you forever. Once this initial barrier is broken they’ll latch on just as hard as the alpha girls for the same reason: you become to valuable to lose.🆒 But it’s up to you to make them feel comfortable, that’s the main challenge because these girls are pretty shy and they need to feel as if you’re attainable. ---

Interesting!.. she has not really been making a huge effort, enough for me to persuade her on a second date though! lol it is me doing all the work. I know she likes me, but I do feel its the worthy of me thing, from her lack of self esteem from her past. So yeah I think your right, I defiantly want to get close to her, past the barriers that are present at the moment and see bit more oomph \*\*\*\*on her part. Because she says she finds it hard to trust and I know A314 helps with trust, so would Instant honesty help with trust aswell? ---

I would say it would take time for her to trust. Her trust in the long run is something that has to be built. It will not happen immediately. Not even after a couple months. Trust builds from your actions. She asks something of you and you meet her expectations. When you meet her expectations enough times she will have trust for you. Using pheros, will not make her trust of you change at all. I would confront her on your feelings. That she dosent seem that interested. Explain how you feel. Communicate with her in an honest manner. That will get you much farther than wearing A314 or IH or any [pheromone](https://a314.com/). However some using some IH can’t hurt while you are sharing with her. It can give you the extra 10% 🙂 ---
