# A314 social phobia experience

I’m very quiet and being in front of crowds of people make my voice shudder noticeably, well I took one drip to the finger of A314 and rubbed it in my neckhole/throat hole and the master picked me to lead the class for five minutes. My worst nightmare, but I was actually calm and handled it as well. It’s like take xanax with confidence boost. Also we did a technique and one lady would constantly rub my arm and kept laughing, I tried to be serious though.

i think i know what do you mean 🙂

it’s like youu want to say the correct things butthe words never comes out in a coherent manner,☹

i have the same problem, specially when i try to talk to somebody that i am not much familiar with,

it is still the same though, even after using A314(mind you i did not have much time to test it , so iam actually at the novice stage-if not baby..)
