# A314 the ultimate payoff

Had a few weeks off the nomes where I had to just clean my body from a nasty winter flu, but restarted Tuesday last (12 days ago) with a314, ih, tiny amount of tuth and io when nesssecary and woah…

My employer suddenly realised (after 3 years of ignorance) my training skills, so went from giving a 1 hour training in a financial system to four new starters last week(instant rapport building), I am now sole responsible of training all new starters within our department, asked to take a mentor role towards those new people and essencially been asked to apply for the newly opened position as team leader for the very same team (while also been moved from my “own team” and seated among those people).

So joeeeeeeh 😉 more movement the last two weeks than the last three years…

A314 is fantastic for getting ahead in business and also in negotiations. I’ve definitely noticed it working well in those environments. Good stuff.

Glad you enjoy it. The key is knowing when to use it. I don’t find it useful for anything other than the above though. 🙄
