Maybe the fragrance is the same in this one, only more concentrated. The sticker on the bottom of the bottle is a clear square one instead of a white round one like on my other bottle. I suppose it’s just mis-labeled. ---

Version 17 batch 6 here. It’s the only A314 I’ve tried but if it’s true Androtics changes the viscosity from batch to batch you have my vote for making it slightly thicker then 6. ---

Ordered yesterday, received today: v18 / batch 1 / [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/). First time user 😃 Will try it tonight, in a social environment. As much as I want to test alone, I’ll prolly add something to take the edge off. Can only use it a few hours a week in office environment. Primarily got it for my upcoming yearly review with the ceo 🙂 ---

Hmm..a new version eh? Damn..why does A314 last so long?! 😛 We need people who have tried earlier and later versions..but AD is too fast. 😃 ---

BTW, smell is not bad at all. Both at application time and now, 30 minutes later. Distinct but pleasant. I don’t think it necessarily needs cover and I’m usually picky about that. Test is tonight in a couple of hours, but wanted to gauge self effect first. Will prolly add [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) right before. ETA: First drop came out perfectly, but i managed to get 1.5 on the second. It’s probably just my clumsiness. ---

Ok. Let me add my two … my old one is C.17 Batch 3 And today my new one arrived. It is Version 18 Batch 1 They both smell the same… i had 3 drops left in my old one and just mixed them together. Hope that doesn´t ruin the effects. … probably not 😉 ---

Man, I kind of wish A314 did not last so long now. Revised batches keep coming in, I am worried I am missing out on something. Sort of like computer parts. ---

Yea, I wouldn’t think there would be any major changes like a CPU or GPU change, but certainly, I would like to know what those minor differences are. 🙂 ---

Hi, I received v18 batch 1 (Akuto) about 1 week ago too. This is my first try with A314 so I can’t say whether it smells better or worse than other versions. **Affects** As to the affects. Well I haven’t noticed anything definite yet. I’ve been trying 2 drops so far…I’m going to up to 3 or 4 starting next week to see if that gets a response. **Dropper** Yes, this batch has the same dropper issue. I try to get one drop but always end up with 2 or with the 2nd drop lost around the rim of the bottle. I hope Androtics can fix that soon. **Smell** The smell is quite strong when you first apply and to my nose it is unpleasant. This does appear to soften as it drys down. Certainly after one 30-60 mins it smells pleasant and kind of musky/sexy. I don’t know how well that will work in the heat of summer, it _may_ become nauseating…will have to wait and see. A friend complimented me on the smell the other night. However, I think it is too strong to try to cover with another scent, unless it is very similar (warm/musky/woody). **Recommendation to Androtics** Please can you offer A314 with the scent of Iso E Super. That is the scent used in the Molecule 01 perfume bu Escentric Molecules. People are loving it in Europe. It has a good sandalwoody smell. And some forum posting here indicate it may accentuate and balance the use of pheromones. Iso E Super is very cheap too so it should not impact costs. Vers18 Batch 1 [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/)… At first I have to say that I hated the smell. It almost made me want to trow up. Tried to stay with it but just had to cover it with a light fresh cologne. This helped cover the "initial"stink. After a few more days I started to get used to it and it does not really bother me much anymore. The smell appears to last around an hour and then fades to leave a feint EO type of smell. So far I am loving this stuff! Have not worn it too many times as I got sick and have not been wearing any feros. But so far this is powerful stuff. It is very “deep” and I think it will take me a while to see all of it’s effects. LeO ---

Version 18, Batch 2. [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/). A couple girls thought it smelled like body odor by itself. I couldn’t smell that one, so it bummed me a bit. ---

I got the [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) ver. 18 batch 2. So far I have been applying 2-3 drops, and haven’t got no negative remarks. I kinda liked the smell of it, but since this is the first time ordering, I don’t have any idea what the older version smelled like, so I don’t know if I would had liked the older scent better than this one though. I agree with Leo, it does seem to last about an hour or two, then all that remains is a little bit of scent. I have read in the older posts that the original scent of A314 lasted a whole lot longer though. ---

As stated earlier I have [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) ver. 18 batch 1 and I assume it has the same scent and strength as batch 2. The guys above say the smell fades after about 1 hour or so. But I wonder whether that is because our noses become desensitised to it? I say that because last week I wore 1 drop in the morning and then 1 drop refresh at 3pm. Later that evening my flat mate came home and told me he could smell I was wearing A314. I was surprised it was still noticeable. Though I do think he noticed it more clearly simply because he new what he was smelling since he’d tried it himself days before. So far I haven’t had any bad comments on the scent. I still need to wear it around some female friends who I can ask to give me feedback on whether I stink bad or stink good 😛 ---

My frst phero purchase last week is Version 18 Batch 2 [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/). I really don’t like the smell but as I am still experimenting I am reluctant to start using it with standard men’s fragrances. Anybody know what type of fragrance is best with A314? A light, citrussy blend(Paul Smith, CK) or something deeper and musky (Issi Miyake Bleue)? ---

I’d try a light citrusy blend - [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) goes very well with A314 (instant Shine fragrance) so anything with the same kind of flavor should work ---

I got my order a few days ago, and the A314 was v19 batch 1. The smell is pleasant and not too strong. I guess its EO?
