# A314 versions compared: old LS formula vs AD batches at work and socially

I have bought several versions of A314 and these are my findings:

LS A314 version (4 years back) - Work-- Extremely commanding and sometimes intimidating. Often during meetings people would talk to me exclusively and could not make a decision without me. People would often bend over backwards when I asked for help. One power dominance issue with coworker.  
Social – Bad unless mixed with significant IO or IS.

AD A314 (2 years back) - Work - Light alpha effect. Much less commanding than the LS A314. No major dominance or meeting respect. People did not wait for me to make the decision as with the LS A314 version.  
Social - This product work standalone just fine.

AD A314 (current 1 month ago) Work - Good alpha effect, strong respect. Commanding, but not overly so as the with LS A314 version. Definitely seen as a key player in all meetings, but the group doesn’t always look to you for a decision. A very good balance for work situations. Excellent for meeting with customer executives.

Socially - Treated with strong respect, but can still have good social interactions with a IS or IO cover. IH 4X with A314 is outstanding when working with key customer executives. Great rapport, respect and information sharing with this mix.

There was a long thread on this very topic 2 weeks ago. My fav is the old classic 7 or mone formula LS sold. Also prefer the scent and lighter oil carrier. Of course I mainly use mones for work.
