This is a compilation of thoughts on the differences between A314 and Instant Gentleman. A lot of this is based not only on my experience but also on some PMs between myself and Renny. So if you like this post and decide to share the love – er, rep points, please do not forget to send Renny some too. For those of you who are not familiar with Renny he and I are about the same age. I mention this as a couple of the products can have effects that vary a little with age and Instant Gentleman seems to be one of them.
As most of us know A314 can give you a very strong alpha vibe that can bring you a lot of respect. Sometimes this respect vibe can so strong it can create distance between you and those around you. This effect depends on your personality and your natural phero-signature. As I have posted before I can get this effect so I often soften the A314 with Instant Honesty as I like the deeper conversations and the feelings of connection it causes others to feel with me. I use A314 almost daily at work – and without IH on those days when I need everyone to do what I need them to do without much discussion.
Instant Gentleman on the other hand tends to give you a cool, suave type of vibe. Jasmin described it to me as a “James Bond” kind of cool vibe back in the day. You can also get respect off of it, but it is a more laid back respect because of the fact that you seem so cool. It is more like a warm “step back and let him pass by because he is so cool” as opposed to the “step back and let him pass because he might bite your head off” that you can get with A314. I often recommend Instant Gentleman to guys younger than 18/19 as it has no ‘none in it, will make you seem a little smoother, and still bring you respect.
Another great effect of Instant Gentleman is that it seems to make younger guys seem older and older guys seem younger via this “cool” effect. The former I have read in posts and the latter I have experienced first-hand. Many of the people I know either think I am up to 10 years younger than I am or even if they know my true age they state I seem to be younger than I am.
What I do to take advantage of the different effects of the two products is to switch back and forth between the two. I mostly use A314 but I will switch over to Instant Gentleman for a few days every so often. I do not lose the respect I get with the A314 on days I am not using it and the Instant Gentleman helps reinforce the impression that I am younger (and certainly cooler) than I really am.
You’re so cool Boss, it must be the Instant Gentleman. Oh, I forgot this damn Cinema Display lacks pheromone emitters. I haven’t used IG but have used A314 extensively for 2 years and it seems to help impart more of a gentle fatherly alpha vibe for me: laid back, approachable but underlying respect is still there, just not in my face. None of the “step back and let him pass because he might bite your head off” at all. Of course it’s probably the way A314 mingles with my mellow character and body chemistry. I’m sure a badass type would get more of the “step back and let him pass because he might bite your head off” vibe.
I have played with chemset androsterone for years. In stiff doses I found it similar to A314, but even mellower. For me it certainly works best in a mix with androstenol and androstenone. Perks right up. In fact, A314 dresses up nicely for happy hour with a few zaps of androstenol and androstenone.
Thanks for the comparison bosshank! Although, I have noticed that I can get much of that cool effect by suitably buffering A314 with other products. Plus A314 is much more multifaceted and is constantly being tweaked to improve it’s effects.
IG hasn’t attracted me so far becasue I don’t think it can bring anything new to the table, although like you mention it can be a boon for young guys/situations where even slight -none is not acceptable. Also the fact that it’s a spray and there is no real push from Androtics towards improving it (maybe they think it’s already perfect ) has kept me lukewarm towards it. Maybe in the future when they crank it up a notch by incorporating some of the newer putatives…

For me Instant Gentleman (and straight AndrosteRone generally) if I want a connection with someone. Conversations seem to flow naturally and are more easygoing/less commanding. There seems to be more ‘spark’ I feel with IG than with A314 when talking to someone. People lower their guard a bit when wearing IG as compared to A314 . The caffeine-like energising ‘spark’ I am talking about makes Instant Gentleman (and AndrosteRone in general) better at making people aroused and for nice passion with someone if you are ‘bumping uglies’ as Gegogi says .
When using A314 there seems to be some kind of barrier when socialising. With A314 (and AndrostEnone -heavy products as well) there is always that bit of distance with someone and in social situations it feels like they aren’t always comfortable to let loose and just hang out. I guess that happens when you have the phero signature of a VIP on.
At least younger people (men and women) are a little distant sometimes with A314 on. The older folks (and younger ones that are more confident) like it more though I feel. Like you said in another thread A314 is ‘friendly’ but it isn’t really the best thing to wear if you are looking to become ‘good friends’ with people (unless perhaps you are looking to become friends with the high-powered crowd).
So in summary for me, IG is better in social situations especially around people my age and also in the bedroom. A314 is far better in the workplace and in the corporate world no matter what the age I feel (needs to be buffered though with friendly molecules).
I think that Instant Gentleman is not one of the “hot” products right now but I really feel that is because it is not clearly understood vis-a-vis other products here like A314. Everyone wants that Alpha/VIP vibe but often do not understand that it can work against you as well as for you in some situations like you mentioned in your post.
I also feel that a lot of younger users would do very well using this instead of gravitating towards A314. Instant Gentleman will still bring them respect - but it is a much warmer respect which I think would serve most of the late teen through mid-20s crowd very well as well as working better with most peoples’ lifestyles at that age.
And another question for Visionary:
When wearing it around children do you notice them getting a little more cuddly? Wanting to hug you or sit on your lap? I noticed this happening to me but again a lot of this stuff gets very personalized with you own pherosignature, personality, etc..
Yeah - I really think it is under-rated. I believe with slightly different marketing and some word of mouth here people will realize how good and useful a product Instant Gentleman really is.
i hope that it will work in school… i haven’t had many results in school but maybe IG with change that… its possible people just haven’t gotten used to my new phero signature that know me that well. works great with friend and out of school though
I don’t have Instant Gentleman, but I sure agree with the guys here about A314. This pheromone is kinda “confidence booster” and you feel like you’re in total control in an environment.
The product page for IG says you can combine it with A314. i’m ordering it along with one other the end of the month. they both work well together in both work and social.
the product page for IG says you can mix the two very well. it gives a good place to start as far as the amount to use. i have it on my short list to order the end of the month. i’m slowy coming up with a set of pheros to use that works for me after trying several products from here and LS.
Yep! They see the A314 description and pretty much read something like this into it:
Become James Bond and THE alpha male that others want to follow, with an all access pass to everyone.
Then read the Instant Gentleman description and get something like this:
Project safety, comfort and the warmth of a dependable masculine provider. :o

There really should be an additional descriptor to let buyers know that the products will not make them over into someone that they aren’t, and that to really benefit from the product they need to ask themselves if they can pull off the aura that the pheros will project.
Same thing with Turn Up The Heat. They read the description and get get something like this out of it:
GET LAID NOW. ATTRACT WOMEN LOOKING FOR SEXUAL ENCOUNTERS AND MELT AWAY ANY LMR.
Then they read the Ammo description and get something like:
Cupid has a machine gun. Ammo is a balance blend of 3 pheromones, smells good and will get you friendly, and even sexual attention. :o
Hmmm, lets see, I am a guy, do I want friends or sex? BAM, decision made.
I agree Mark - it isn’t that the descriptions are misleading but more like not complete. I guess in the name of clear, succint writing and good copy they cannot put in all the subtleties or fine details of what each of the consumer products is or does.
I have found myself flipping back and forth between A314 - usually buffered with Instant Shine or Instant Honesty and Instant Gentleman. The good part is that I people react to me in a combination of both: strong respect, sometimes a little distance, think of me as younger than I am, and come to me for advice or to use me as a “sounding board”. Even overheard some younger folks - mixed male and females - saw me and go - “Oh - it’s bosshank. He is the cool …” That caught my attention because I did not even realize this particular group even noticed me other than to be one of the “older people” who are at this one locale.
I do think Androtics does provide some heads-up about A314 and Turn Up the Heat. “A314 is for experienced consumers”, etc.
Besides, that’s why they’ve got forums here, to provide some support. This all goes back to the sticky on congruency in the Theory section, I believe. You need to find the pheros that bring out your true self that isn’t always being communicated to people. For me, I often need to work on my sensitive or trustworthy side, which isn’t being communicated to people. Instant Openness/Honesty, Instant Shine and Androsterone/Instant Gentleman seem to be good for that.
True, but a lot of people buy from the store before, if ever coming to the forum.
I have seen a number of postings where a new member comes along to say something like:
“Hi, I’m 18 years old, have had little or no success with girls and I just bought a bottle of TUTH 2X”.
Or:
"I’m 21 years old, really shy, find it difficult trying to meet and talk to new people and nobody seems to respect me. I just bought A314 and can’t wait for people to start treating me better.
Obviously these are made up examples, but some of the postings come pretty damn close.
