I work in a Restaurant running the Grill Area… I used 2 Sprays to the Front of the Neck over the Past 3 Days… Everyone was Very Willing to Do as Told, even the More Unruly Workers… Several Glances and Comments from Female Co-Workers that I’ve Known for Years… They would Look at Me as if to Say Something Changed and they Liked it… One Male Co-Worker that has Worked there WAY Longer then I have came back from a Smoke Break and Said he Wiped some Black Smudge off my Car Door… When I Went to Leave that Night I Noticed he had Washed my Whole Car in 28 Degree Weather… The Manager even let Me Leave afew Hours Early while We where Slammed Busy… I Just Gotta Say, This Stuff is GREAT… Self Effects on Me was Mainly a Feeling of Confidence and that I had No Need to Second Guess Anything because I just Knew what to Do… ---

WOW, letting you leave early at a busy time might be a great sign, or something terrible 😃. NAH, with A314 its what happens a lot. You’ll notice that either one of two things with tips will happen: Either people will give more, or you might need to adjust the signature. If you get more great, but if less you might be coming across as a pushy waiter. Most people who are not alpha don’t recognize it and therefore mistake confidence for aloofness. Just smile and be your friendly self and they’ll come into harmony with who you are. Once the tips start flowing it even gets better. ---

I got Abused ALOT during the Holidays by having to Stay Late and Work Doubles… The Overall Vibe the Past Three Days has been that Everyone is just Overly Nice and Willing to Do what I Say… I haven’t Noticed Anything Negative but I’m Still Testing… ---

I just got my initial a314a, and I too work in a restaurant with a similar situation to you. So far, I’ve only had a chance to use it twice, but I totally agree with the Original Poster.
