Wow. Thank god for the belt? Thank god for the flashed car lights! That’s fucking terrible. The worst part is reliving it, thinking about what you could have done differently. I know I do. Her son must be fucking livid as well. Shit, that’s just fucking bullshit. I wish her and her son (any other children for that matter, husband, hell the whole freaking family, extended or otherwise) the best. ---

She called me tonight wanting to talk. she is devastated. they have no leads as she was not able to give a description. They came from behind, assaulting her from the moment they made contact. Actually she knows how to shoot well. Daddy taught her as a young girl to hunt, etc, but she doesnt own a handgun. I dont know if she will ever. She is a survivor. I went thru something similar that didnt turn out as well so I have really been trying to talk to her about the emotions etc and fears she will have,and that even decades later certain things can trigger memories and fears. You just have to be mentally prepared.I think she will. shes a cute little blondie,who has found out over the last couple of years she is alot tougher than she ever imagined. I am very proud of her!!! ---

I’m so sorry to hear about what happened to her there. Tell her to stay strong on this. My thoughts are with her. Thank god for the belt. I hope the bastards who did that to her will get bad retribution for what they have done. Hopefully there will be new leads on her case. Tell her all of us here wished her well & stay strong. ---

I am so sorry and sad to hear about this. What this world has come to. There are so many sick and twisted people out there. I hope these nasty bastards get back 100 fold what they dished out. This is such a horrid, dark and senseless act of violence. A terrible thing for anyone, especially a woman. My heart goes out to her. I strongly believe in the power of prayer and I will pray for her physical and emotional well being and healing. Please keep us abreast of her condition. ---

Thank you all so much for your well wishes, you have no idea how much it means to me to read of your support. I have been hiding in the cave so to speak, and am just starting to stick my head out. I am still sore, but the bruising is going away, on the outside at least. I am somewhat concerned that my soon to be ex may have had something to do with the attack, as he resisted the divorce process the entire way through, and has given many veiled threats. It makes me so neurotic for my 17 year old daughter to go out even during the day, but I know i cannot pass this on to my children, so I am trying every day to do something to help me trust again. That and pursuing a concealed weapon permit! Anyway, it means so much that you all took time out to think of me. I hope to be reporting again soon. Not that someone with a bicycle chain imprint on their forehead and a black eye is going to be attractive to anyone, but hopefully at least I will look human soon! ---

thanks for the update. i hate the over-use of lawyers, but i bet if you got one and threatened to sue the mall, they would be willing to look into it further. in this age of homeland security, you would think the culprits would have been caught on video somewhere. they had to have been following you in and around the mall. ---

Good to hear you are getting better there & yes i understand how you are feeling there after the trauma you have gone through. I admire you for being strong there after that ordeal. Also you got a good friend that care for you there, thanks to her, we know what happened to you there. And don’t think too much about that incident now just focus on recovering there ok 😉 And it is ok for me & others to took time off there as we care for you there TG 😉 And don’t say you are not attractive to anyone after that incident believe me after you have recovered & you will be attractive as before, that i have confidence in you TG 🙂 Thanks for the update as i & the others are eager to know how are you there.
