# Advice for a newbie

Hey all, I’m Miguel and I currently work in Vancouver, Canada although I’m Portuguese. Well I’m kind of skeptical 🙄 but nevertheless I ordered some pheromones to give it a try. I would like to know if those pheromones like Instant Shine, Instant Openness, A314, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and others have odor or if not can I use a cologne mixed with them??

Welcome!🙂

Almost evey [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) has its own odor, and some of the products have added scents like neroli and sage. If you’re buying unscented ones, you may have to cover them with a cologne. Personally, I like the neroli scent in TUTH and have a hard time with the sage in Spaceland.

Check the board, there are recommendations for specific colognes to cover certain pheros. These people are not shy about reporting results!😃

You can use cologne to cover them but dont mix them in the same bottle.

Spray your mone on let it dry down then cover with your cologne.
